      Welcome to 2024 where customer service no longer exists. My mother and I went out shopping for my mother’s 65th Birthday. We went to Woodbury Commons. My mother wanted a birthday ring from Pandora. We went to Pandora Store #218666 - The person who assisted us was Bridgette and from our experience with her, she made it clear that I should stick with online shopping. Bridgette looked at us with disgust, she seemed already annoyed before offering assistance. They check for pricing through their product book which is time-consuming so she was frustrated that we were asking for a price quote on multiple rings. She told us that we weren’t allowed to handle more than one ring at a time. I thought that was outrageous given Pandora has a huge ring selection and there’s no price listed on display. Brigette pulled out a metal ring sizer to measure rings, she left the sizer on the table. My mother picked it up from the table to size the ring herself, Bridgette grabbed the ring sizer from my mother’s hand and instantly placed it under the table and we didn't understand why. She treated us as if we didn't have the right to shop at Pandora or that we we’re going to steal. Brigette if you don't like your job then get ANOTHER job and stop being negative to people who expect a positive experience shopping at their favorite brands. Thank you Brigette for ruining my mother’s birthday experience at Pandora.

      I just ordered yesterday 3 charms with their sale going on for a free necklace. This morning I received a email that the free item was cancelled. Even though it started it was in stock when I bought it. I called Pandora customer service to see if anything could be done. Nothing! They wouldn't change the store I picked to pick it up or swap it for another necklace. They did not honer the sale so when I told them to cancel as I didn't want it anymore since the items weren't available or shipped. They couldn't even do that. What kind of customer service is this? They ended up giving me a 15% off coupon after losing out on a $65 necklace that was supposed to be free with my order. I'm just gonna wait till I received my items slap the return sticker and send everything back! This is the second time this happened to me and I don't think it's be coincidence.

      Not a good experience. They tried to fix the issue but the fact of the matter is that still not satisfied. Purchasing on line is complicated and confusing. The customer service rep keeps telling me it's not their fault. Had to save money to buy my fiancee a bday present and just to not get the satisfaction I finished the transaction feeling disappointed and unhappy. Please do better next time

      My husband bought me a pandora charm bracelet for our wedding anniversary and not even two weeks later it broke. I took it back to the store and explained to them it was a gift and purchased in store but they couldn’t do anything for me since I didn’t have the receipt. Tried calling customer service and they couldn’t find the transaction, so now I’m stuck with a $200+ bracelet that couldn’t withstand life outside of the jewelry shelf for 2 weeks.

      The customer service at Pandora Jewelry is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Do not purchase from them. If you need a resolution you will be transferred from person to person. I had a $3,000 piece of jewelry delivered with no jewelry in the package. Pandora is not sending another piece until they resolve their claim with the carrier. They are certainly more concerned with recovering their money than helping their customer. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Pandora just does not care.

      My 14 year wanted to surprise me with a birth stone ring she purchased online. The size she ordered was too small. I took the ring to two different stores to exchange for the right size, in which they had on hand. I was unable to do so because the ring was a final sale. Had my daughter paid full price, I would be able to exchange. Called customer service and I was unable to return the ring, due to the item being purchased online. They will never receive any of my money. Now, I have a disappointed child, because she wanted me to have something special from her on my birthday.

      I was gifted a bracelet a few months ago & everything seemed great until it kept popping open. Ive never owned Pandora so i didnt think much of it at the time but unfortunately it popped opened while on vacation & got lost along with 4 charms that were given to me on special occasions. So sad & disappointed after hearing from several other people they experienced the same. I loved the bracelet & the charms but unfortunately due to that clasp being defective i lost everything ??

      I brought (2) bracelets. Because I wanted one for my myself. The quality is ok. I really wasn't impressed with it. The charms you put on the bracelet are cute but there too much money. They are 50 to 70 or more a piece. Right now with everything being high and overpriced and people struggling to eat, pay bills, and trying to survive. You think they would have more sales on this. I only brought a couple charms and that's it. I not supporting Pandora any more with buying from them too expensive and overpriced and quality of the product isn't good and product is made overseas.

      I placed an order for a pendant for my wife for mothers day. It was for an in store pick up at this location. I waited for a call and notification. When i emailed the ************** they told me order was cancelled because I never went to pick it up. I never received a call and the funds were released. This was for my wife and the customer service rep just rushed me off the chat and did not offer to help me or resolve to place my order again or even attempt to make me happy.

      Absolutely horrible experience first time I’ve ever order pandora! I spent half a paycheck and ended up NoT getting what I Ordered! Told them I was so excited it was a birthday gift & I went Overboard for her birthday BUT it was suppose to be so special! She is a huge pandora FaN & I can say after this experience I AM Not! Makes me wanna send back all the other 3 items I purchased for the fact I didn’t what I bought, I wasn’t informed my order was ready for pick up because liberty store in mason did NoT contact me, they did not make it right or offer a discount to get another either! Told me she was sorry NoThInG she could do about it & they SOlD the chain I purchased because I didn’t get a call or email saying the order was ready after 2days of waiting!!!! The rest of my order is being shipped but the MaIn thing I was excited to get isn’t coming & I will never promote a business that doesn’t even composite for their own mess up! Said they shouldn’t have taken the full payment but they did & told me my money will be replaced eventually just keep looking! Like what? no offer for a discount to get another or anything! Wasn’t my fault & No email or Text or call saying I had 48 hrs to pick my purchase up! I was waiting the entire TIME! I’m so upset!
