      At the store pandora dade land mall. My charm is stuck does not want to come out they claim they can’t touch the charm they give me a 1800 number I call, no direct way to get through and I cal from the store and they can’t help claiming only by calling the number. Without even hearing the concerns they do not seem to want to help. According to pandora they honor and guarantee all their jewelry. They start by saying one year warrenty they don’t tell you about in the beginning. Unprofessional brushed off they did not offer to help by calling with me here at the store. Horrible customer service of course Hispanic woman. It’s unfortunate because I myself am Hispanic and this is the treatment in Miami.

      Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Purchased a personalized gift for Mother’s Day paid for it to be engraved. They would not refund it when they did not engrave the item correctly they omitted it’s their mistake but will not refund what you paid to have it engraved so I’m paying for their mistake embarrassed as giving this as a gift to a loved one customer service clearly understood the mistake but did not care. Worst experience ever will not purchase another thing from them and I refused the refund because it wasn’t even what I paid for a waste of time. I will never purchase a gift from them again. I highly suggest nobody get anything personally and grew from this company because it’ll make it seem like it doesn’t matter. It was their mistake. There are no refunds for engraved items.

      Do not buy anything from this company. You will be sorry! I bought a necklace and two earrings spent over $6000. 2 weeks later my wife went to return them because she has cancer and the bills are more than we figured she never even put them once they refused to give us our money back they called security at the mall and told her to leave they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. It was at the parks mall in Arlington Texas. Do not buy anything from them you will be sorry.

      Ordered on 4/19 express shipping for my wife’s anniversary, 4/23 contacted and asked where the item was, was told its on its way and I’d be refunded for the shipping. 4/24 item is still not here, customer support said “item is stuck” but they offered me a 10% code for my troubles after not updating me at all about the item and its delivery. After having my money for almost a week, Im told my money would be refunded in 5-7 days. Dont waste your time. Customer service has no clue how to handle customers. I told them to keep the 10% since I can get that for signing up for their newsletter. Money hungry company that doesnt deliver on service.

      My husband purchased the timeless pace ring for me for Christmas. I have since lost 2 stones in the previous ring he bought. We took it to a local Pandora, and the associate was great and replaced it right then and there. I went home and 2 days later, I am missing another stone. I don’t have a manual labor job, I don’t do anything that would constitute the stones to continue falling out. It is a huge bummer because I have always been a fan of Pandora bracelets. This is my first go around at the rings, and it has not been pleasant. So now I have to go back to the store, to I guess have it replaced. I can’t foresee myself going back over and over to have this ring replaced. What can Pandora do to help me with this issue?

      Pandora is the worst ever! I do not even know how they are still in business. Their customer service is horrible and their products are overpriced. I received a Pandora bracelet and necklace as a gift and at first, was ecstatic. I began purchasing charms for my bracelet and purchasing was a breeze. Now try returning something under warranty and you become their worst enemy. That is just one issue. The second issue is that I was going to purchase an item that was $75 with free shipping for items $75 and over or you can have it shipped to a store for free. However, once I applied my military discount to the item, of course, it brought it below the $75 (10%) so now they added the $6.95 so I do not understand the purpose of the military discount. By the way, this item was not available in the store. When I called, they were adamant and offered no way around this. Pandora is horrible. I am not ungrateful, but I've asked all my friends and family to please not gift me any more Pandora charms as this was becoming a "thing" once they knew I owned a Pandora bracelet. I DO NOT want to be part of the Pandora family. I am selling my Pandora items to someone who wants to deal with this nightmare because I do not.

      Horrible, I bought an engraved charm and lady never told us what font to use. Never engraving before and they engrave all the time a suggestion would have been helpful. After it was done you couldn’t read date because it was so small. I contacted the store to see if they could at least give half back and we pay for other half to have it redone and all answer were no, nothing we can do it my daughters fault. Manager kept saying she could read date but everyone I show says it looks like a scribble line. Will never buy from them again.

      First time ever in the store. I bought a pair of earrings to which I paid cash. When going home I realized the quality of the item was not worth $60.00. I returned them a couple weeks later and they told me in the store they could not give me cash back because they didn’t have enough cash. They said they would have to send me a check. I am still waiting on check. I have called the main numbers for the Company, with nothing but a run around. I called the store 2 times to speak to Manager. They say they’re not in. Yesterday I called store again and the employee said manager has never put request for check to be mailed. How do I get my money back.

      If I could leave a -5 stars I would! Customer service sucks, online ordering sucks! Tried to order a charm for our daughter for her birthday and the website screwed up the addresses not 1 time but both times!
      Called to speak to an agent to get order canceled and was told once you submit an order online it can not be modified or canceled! Asked for a supervisor, none available! Asked for a call back from supervisor and was told they don’t call back!
      I will stick with ***** ***** every time because PANDORA is horrible!!

      The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
      I ordered on Black Friday
      First they sent an item other than what I ordered because they ran out of it. They simply sent something else and then said they were happy to take it back but not honor the pricing when I bought. Took hours of my time to resolve this but finally did
      Then a second item from the order - a ring - was too small. But since 30 days elapsed they refused to exchange it for a bigger size.
      Online pandora should be avoided at all costs
