Excellent service! Technician Yves T. arrived promptly and on time. He assessed the problem, made a diagnosis and shared with me the steps necessary to eradicate the issue. Yves kept the area neat and cleaned up after completing the work. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and kept me informed as he worked. This was my first time using this company. I will certainly call Len the Plumber for any future plumbing problems.

Although the technician was very nice, I’m not sure why I paid $517 to snake a kitchen sink drain. No piping had to be cut/replaced. Just a simple snake of the drain. I also have a ton of grease all over the floor/cabinets/items in cabinet, which I had to provide cleaner and towels for. I realize a messy job. I’ve simply had other contractors come better prepared to clean after their work. I’m also confused by the good, better, best offer. You haven’t even opened the drain to see the issue, the best offer was $1200. I hope others are not naive in selecting a higher service.Len The Plumber, Inc.

Luis was very knowledgeable, and very polite and very friendly.
The guts of the toilet was shot and it was fully repaired.
