My two sump pumps stopped working Saturday night. I called Len the plumber Sunday morning for the first time. Betsy assured me over the phone that I was in good hands. Stephen arrived shortly after, bright, friendly and professional. After assessing the situation, and explaining my options along with the costs, he went to work installing two new pumps efficiently and with an improved design. I slept well that night during a very heavy rain storm confident my basement was Dry.

He was being lazy because it was hot he didn’t clean inside my unit as he was supposed to and he drop one of my screws that goes infront of my unit lazy that’s why I said bill me he was mad but I don’t care you give me a half service I’m gonna go around any payment being made before the issue at hand is fixed all the wayLen The Plumber, Inc.

I contacted Len The Plumber because I had a leak in my kitchen sink. I found them through ********. I scheduled for someone to come out the next day (Friday, 6/28/24) between the hours of 5-8PM. I was contacted at the end of that timeframe by a technician telling me that that there was an emergency and that they were short technicians, and they were unable to make it that evening. They asked if they could reschedule the following day (Saturday, 6/29/24). I scheduled for them to come between 2-5PM. Again, I received another phone call at the end of that timeframe telling me once again that they were unable to make it, and tried rescheduling again. I refused. My problem had gotten worse and I needed someone ASAP. It is absolutely ridiculous that they stood me up TWICE, and didn’t even bother to contact me until the end of my timeframe. I recommend you call anyone BUT this company. I am also reporting them to the **** website, and ****.Len The Plumber, Inc.

Our air conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of the year. We placed a call to LTP unsure if or when they might be able to come and service our AC. Instead they showed up early that morning corrected not one, but three different issues and had us up and running the same day. Thank you Jacob and Fred!Len The Plumber, Inc.

This was our first major home upgrade and the entire team at Len helped us through the process. The HVAC install went real smooth and we were up and running the same day. I would also like to thank them for providing temporary AC units while our system was down. Total lifesavers. We will absolutely work with Len the Plumber Heating & Air in the future.
