I was more than satisfied by the quality of work by Purcell. He is very professional. My issue is the the cost incurred, for 3 valves and a sink trap, $843. My fault for not getting more than one estimate, lesson learned. I give Purcell 5 stars. I give Len The Plumber only 3 stars for over pricing.Len The Plumber, Inc.
