I would like to thank Len for the exceptional job he did at our home. He explained everything as he went along so we understood what was being done. Everything he said he was going to do he did. He was professional and neat - no clean up of the area had to be done by us when he left! The repairs solved our problem and everything now works great! Can’t thank Len and Len The Plumber enough. Outstanding job.

Water wasn’t heating very well especially for taking a shower.
Jesse T and his assistant replaced it with a new unit.
Water temperature has definitely improved and also the pressure has gotten better. Thank YouLen The Plumber, Inc.

Alex arrived right on time. Attentively listened to my perceptions of the problems. And then Investigated very carefully to be sure that ALL of the issues with my plumbing were being properly addressed. Is very knowledgeable of idiosyncrasies of various brands and the quality of alternative repair components available. Obviously focused on effective solutions and getting the job done right. Bryan C****** was the epitome of professionalism as was the scheduler.
Bryan explained everything that needed doing along each step and made sure we understood what he was doing and the various cost options.
