I would like to commend the exceptional customer service and work of James H**** (June 17, 2024). James was courteous, professional, and took time to explain all the actions he was taking along the way. He also took time to provide options for consideration prior to taking any action. James is a tremendous asset to the team at Len The Plumber. I would gladly work with him again as he is a testament to his craft!

For me, Len the Plumer was a lifesaver company. Temps were expected to average between 90 and 100 here for the next week and a half. Central air died. Angel M. came out, assessed the system inside and out and determined the reason quickly. During his assessment he answered my questions and explained everything along the way. Will certainly call again.Len The Plumber, Inc.

Christopher did an excellent job, was courteous and communicated with us what the problem was and the options we had to fix our sump pump. His workmanship was exemplary! He also showed us kindness by understanding our needs for him to wear a mask while in our home due to our health. Thank you Christopher!!Len The Plumber, Inc.

The scheduled the service for a window from 8-11. They called at 11 and said the plumber would be there at 11:30 which did not work for me. They rescheduled it for the following day. They called at 9:15 and said he would be there in 30 minutes. An hour later he still had not arrived. The concierge said he was here and had told him
To check in at the security office. We found him sitting in his truck. He said he did not want to walk to the security office. He could drive as there’s parking right out front. It is a half of a block! I brought him up to my condo and left him with my husband to replace a cartridge in a sink faucet, as I had a meeting had already removed the faucet and I supplied the part. Being female, I did not have the strength to take the old cartridge out. He did struggle with it also. I received a call 30 minutes later from the office saying he was stuck in our elevator. That is not possible as the elevator opens on the lobby level whether you have a key fob or not for safety reasons. I had to leave my meeting and call the elevator to the lobby to rescue him . He was pushing the button for the second floor not the 1st floor, the button with the big star. We paid over $200 for thirty minutes of work and we I received the emailed receipt it says the work is not guaranteed. Poor service all around.Len The Plumber, Inc.

This company is ridiculous. The plumbing technician was fine. Len the Plumber is a terrible company and I cannot give enough warning to avoid this company. We needed a small project done that I was told should not run more than $200-$400 MAX from another plumber. The tech had no control of the pricing and the project was more than Double the max. Len the Plumber refused to give an estimate in any way over the phone prior, even though the project was clearly stated to them. We had an existing water line to our fridge and we needed a shut off valve for it and the line to the fridge to be replaced (which we already had purchased with the new fridge) They charge almost $950 for that project. They also canceled our appointment 3 times after confirming our appointment causing us to miss work waiting around for them to cancel well into our appointment windows. The project also had a leak and needed the tech to return and they canceled the scheduled return visit to fix the issue. Apparently they never even contacted the tech the same day to let the tech know. They just said they had "no one available".
I also asked to get an itemized bill with specifics and they continue to send the same vague invoice with no explanations of the exuberant costs. I asked to speak to someone or a manager to assist with explaining the grossly overpriced service and was assured I would be contacted by two different individuals and no contact, no return call or email. Their techs should go elsewhere as Len the Plumber is a company that is a total rip-off and we will never use again. I would not have agreed to their services and just paid the $49.00 for their ridiculous estimate, but my husband was the one missing work on the day the finally showed up and was just sick of missing work to get the project done so agreed. Would not recommend Len the Plumber to anyone. I am giving 2 stars because they technically got the extremely overpriced project done and no one was directly rude.Len The Plumber, Inc.

I think that James c****** is a con artist and roped me in to paying close to $600.00 for a quick clean out. Then sent his buddy to try to extort more money from me. I was under the impression that I was going to get a through clean out but all he did is the same thing my husband does.
I know I signed the contract so there is nothing I can do but he definitely took advantage of an elderly woman. And this elderly woman is not easily fooled. So I’ll give him 5 stars for being a gifted con. And I will warn everyone on my Edgewater ******** page about this company.Len The Plumber, Inc.

Our AC stopped working at 9:45 on a Saturday morning. Len the Plumber had a tech out within 2 hours! Our tech Zachary was amazing, very kind and knowledgeable! He identified and fixed the issue very quickly and provided optional services to prevent future issues, all of which we took him up on as the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend for speed, quality of service, and pricing. Thank you for saving us from this heat wave! ??Len The Plumber, Inc.
