Service was outstanding. **** explained everything in detail with prices upfront. Took care of business with a professional and dependable attitude. Made me feel very comfortable **** and ***** the same. No rush took time resolving the problems with my tankless water heater. We suddenly got a Hugh leak in our water supply. We called Len the plumbs. They were curious and sent a plumber over first thing in the morning. I appreciated that they sent a picture of the plumber and a timeline for him being at the house. They called a half hour before arrival to tell us he was on his way. He came on time. He quickly not only ID’d the problem but told us we had another problem which he also fixed. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and explained every he was doing.

I called Len the Plumber about a water leak that seemed to be coming from the downstairs bathroom. ******* ******* *** came to investigate the cause of water not just in the bathroom but spreading all over the basement floor. After thoroughly testing fixtures, faucets, and plumbing connections in the house, he determined that overloaded outdoor rain gutters were allowing water to seep into the foundation. A walk around the back of the house confirmed that conclusion. What a terrific job, but I have got to have the gutters cleaned ASAP!Len The Plumber, Inc.

He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. ****** completed job in very timely manner. The job looks very good.
