      Although it took a few days from evaluation to installation of a new air conditioning unit, we are totally pleased with all three representatives we encountered. All were pleasant, knowledgeable, clean and friendly. We highly recommend Len the Plumber for hvac work.

      I called Len the Plumber to request service as my hot water heater was leaking. The man who answered the phone said they could come out and check the hot water heater. It was a $49 fee and if the hot water heater was installed by them then I could get my $49 back. I said to him I had two free estimates and therefore I would get back with him and he hung the phone up in my face. Poor customer service. If that the customer service they will be providing I am glad I will not be dealing with them.

      Aqiyl was great. He got straight to work and did an quick and efficient job repairing the shut off valve for my washer. I would definitely use Len the Plumber again!

      We had a great experience this past Monday. May 27 with your plumber Edwin R***** who addressed a flood in our finished basement as a result of a back up in our seeer line. As a result of his efforts we were able to run water and flush toilets again. Likewise, your sewer specialist did a great job and will be back here today to do more extensive work. As a result, we would be pleased to recommend your business to anyone.

      ***** ********** had a plumbing situation upon return from the Memorial holiday. Requiring immediate service,
      Plumber Theresa B*******. With Len the Plumber was the first able to respond immediately. She was pleasant and capable, quickly determining the location of our clog and quickly clearing the drain blockage.
      Prompt service, correct locating of the problem, and efficient clearing did resolve our toilet drain problem. Excellent work by Theresa B*******.

      Terrible experience with the company. When they serviced my house, they told me that I could save something like 10-15% on my bill to sign up for a service plan that billed a monthly fee, but could cancel any time. I confirmed that I could sign up and cancel right away to get the discount and the tech said yes. I cancelled right away. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE SERVICE PLAN. I did not see the charge to my card for a few quarters, but they continued to charge me a monthly after I cancelled.
      They call quarterly and ask if I'd like to schedule a regular maintenance appointment under my service plan. Each time, I ask them to make good on the previous cancellation and stop billing me. On one of these calls I said "I have already asked you to stop billing me, you have to stop" and the person calling said there was no record then "oh, it does say in the notes to this account to cancel". Why not just cancel?
      At the most recent cancellation attempt, I asked them to correct the previous charges that I shouldn't have been billed and told them I would be blocking future charges through my credit card company. I then had an emergency leak a few months later and called them as they were one of the plumbers I knew did emergency service. They said that a "do not service" had been added to my account for non-payment if a service fee.
      Somehow, and this blows me away because I've cancelled at least 3 times, they continued to charge me a monthly service fee and it bounced. This is infuriating. I have filled out webforms asking them to stop so many times, but they can't give me an email address to send over a record of these conversations. This is so beyond unacceptable.
