Last year I had a water damage on mail level ceiling caused by faulty commode at upper level bath. Len the Plumber fixed the issue, I got a new commode installed. After 14 months, I had the same damage on the same ceiling on same spot. I called Len the Plumber and the person who came from Len found that leakage is happening because of faulty commode and he fixed the issue. Now the damaged ceiling is torn down which is obviously caused by the faulty work done last year by Len the Plumber’s technician but Len the Plumber denied their responsibility to bear the expense for the repair of the damaged ceiling. They are saying they fixed their fault on the commode but ceiling damage is not their fault - which is absolutely weird !!! This time the ceiling damage would not have happened if Len the Plumber’s technician would have done the job perfectly last year. Len is trying to avoid their responsibility saying it is beyond the 1 year’s warranty period !!!Len The Plumber, Inc.

Len the Plumber replaced my damaged
main water line with rapid response and great skill. Mr. **** ******* ***, and his assistants did an excellent job with the replacement. They patiently explained everything about the repair work that was being done and answered all my questions with great expertise, patience and professionalism. Big shout out to Len the Plumber. Called Len the Plumber for an estimate on an outside faucet repair. *** showed up and was very professional. Explained the job and pricing. I never felt pressured into going with them to do the work. When I decide to go ahead with the repairs, *** arrived on time and got the job done quickly. He showed exactly problem was and gave me suggestions to prevent future problems. I won't be using anyone else anytime soon.Len The Plumber, Inc.
