They understood my overall needs and were able to get my emergency water leak on schedule for repair within a few hours. The tech **** arrived as scheduled was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our home. **** diagnosed the problem and recommended different solutions. **** explained the differences of the offered solution and allowed us to make an educated decision. Once the decision was made the repairs were made in a very professional and efficiently. Once all repairs were completed **** thoroughly cleaned the wok area leaving it as clean as it was prior to his work. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Stars based on the company last minute canceling my appointment and rescheduling for the same day I had to travel for work, too stressful. Also the cost for the repair (flushing the tankless natural gas water heater system) is 200 usd less that buying a new one. Five stars for the plumbers in knowledge and service. Not sure why 2 technicians showed up but I am not an expert in plumbing / servicing so the cost seemed pricey but we’ll see if the results justify in the mid to long term.Len The Plumber, Inc.

Wow. The guys were here on time and we had AC by 2:30. They took time to go over the directions and showed us how things work on our new HVAC unit. Very pleased with service.Len The Plumber, Inc.

NOT happy at all. Called to have toilet replaced. Plumber shows up (****) measures the current, leaves the installs toilet thats too large and not only that leaves old toilet for us to dispose of. May edit my review if the call back tomorrow goes betterLen The Plumber, Inc.
