This is the second time that I called on Len the Plumber to make my and my family's life better. I specifically asked for one of their plumbers: *** **** ***; to install a whole house water filtration system for my well water home. *** helped me before by replacing a well pressure tank that had died and he also improved from bad brass fittings to nice stainless steel. Every single time from original appointment setting call to after the job is done, Len the Plumber has always delivered with flying colors. Always nice, professional and caring to give the very best service. I have finally found a plumber that I can call on with full confidence everytime. Thank you!

Charged double what was expected and for the time spent.
Left a ton of water under the sink in the cabinet.
Left glue and black soot all over my white counters that is not coming off easily.

Very quick response to our call today. Drain line from the dishwasher to the disposal split and allowed pretty substantial amount of water to flow into the under-sink cabinet. The technician (Ya-ya) Identified the problem, removed the d/washer, and replaced the flexible drain line after obtaining one at local hardware store. Re-installed the d/washer to our satisfaction and satisfactorily cleaned up the work area. We're happy!

The plumber worked diligently on a very difficult situation. He kept at the job until it was done properly. Plumber was very pleasant and respectful. Technician ***** ****** listened to my problem and quickly advised that my toilet problem was due to a clogged sewer line. He advised I call the county and they would come out and check the line. The county came and unclogged my sewer line. No cost to me. Thanks to ***** . I have been using Len for years. Always happy!!!Len The Plumber, Inc.

Company quoted me $500 to buy a new AC capacitor for my system. I found comparable capacitors online in the range of $160. I was unable to get a satisfactory explanation for the price difference.Len The Plumber, Inc.

***** * was great. Had a major leak that he was able to triage and fix in a timely and professional manner. As with any issue involving water, being abow to have our issue fixed/replaced in the same day is a huge stress reliever and helps prevent additional damage. ***** was courteous and thoughtful in walking me through our options to resolve the situation and began working on the fix immediately. Once the repair was in place, ***** cleaned the area and left everything looking better than it looked before. I highly recommend ***** * from Len the Plumber.Len The Plumber, Inc.
