      I had left a previous review, but felt the need to expound on it.
      I have only recently begun utilizing the Bay Property Management's services, and have been impressed with them so far. Wynn G. was very helpful with explaining Virginia's laws when it comes to renting property, while taking fantastic photographs that were very quickly posted to multiple real estate sites. Stephanie M. was able to schedule and show the house to six perspective tenets within the first 10 days, and had a signed contract almost immediately after. Hector B. was very responsive, and extremely helpful while I was having a significant water damage repair being conducted before turning the property over to the tenets.
      All in all I have had a very good experience with this company.

      Terrible company, terrible people, terrible culture. All this company managed to do for us as a manager is waste our money and help its employees steal from us. Our house is in need of repairs thanks to the poor quality contractors they used. They take several weeks to respond and typically respond with lies. They get upset when caught in said lies and try to shift blame elsewhere. They also outsource management to the Philippines. I would avoid them at all costs as a landlord

      This is an update. It took a while to fix mouse holes behind the stove and a water leak above the washer and dryer. They do not change light bulbs and you will need a ladder and tools to remove the overhead light fixtures and replace bulbs. Paint is falling near one light. I am concerned someone has a key and entered/trespassed and took one of the light fixtures that you can reach without a ladder. Other than those issues, Everything is ok.

      Wanted to give kudos to our property manager, Nur A******. From Day 1 his communication has been top notch, and he has made every effort to address our concerns and make sure we are comfortable in our new home. It provides great peace of mind knowing that Nur is looking out for us, and he has been a pleasure to work with.
