  Bay Property Management is one of the most dishonest and incompetent companies I have ever worked with. I own a rental property and used Bay Property Management to find a tenant and manage the property. I caution any landlord from using this company. When we signed with Bay Property Management, we met with Andrew F****** and he told us repeatedly that they screen every potential tenant via a rigorous screening process. He informed us that they run a credit check to confirm minimum credit scores (650), that they verify income, and they conduct background checks. They emphasized their rigorous screening process as a reason we should use them to find tenants and manage our property. They lied and said that 99% of their tenants have no issues, and <1% of tenants they find end in eviction. Bay charged us one month’s rent to find the tenant, but they neglected to actually conduct the screening they promised. In fact, they approved a tenant without a credit score, and with an application that was clearly a stolen identity. Then, for months they refused to provide us the documentation we paid for citing the Fair Housing Act (untrue). The documentation they provided eventually (still no actual credit report) showed a clearly bogus application. It included bank statements that were clearly fake, income that did not meet the requirement, and prior residential addresses and landlord references that they clearly didn’t check. In fact, the name included in the application and lease did not even MATCH the ID. It appears they accepted an ID that was a stolen identity and allowed multiple people with significant criminal records to live in my property. They found a tenant from hell. This tenant not only didn’t pay rent on time before they stopped paying, they treated the house horribly before they vandalized the entire property upon eviction. If you talk to Andrew F****** or Megan S********, know that you can’t trust a word either of them say to you.

  We were looking for a new property management company for our properties in PWC. After talking to 7 companies in the NoVA area, Wynn G*** made it clear Bay Property Management is the most competitive, most experienced, and most professional choice. After answering our myriad of questions carefully and patiently, Wynn got us to sign on. Then Wynn continued holding our hands through the all the online paperwork with the same professional manner. Andrew L****** is our new property manager assigned to us by Wynn, and he knocked it out of the park. Andrew made the whole onboarding process for our existing tenants smooth and trouble-free. We are very happy so far. Many thanks to Wynn and Andrew!

  Ronaldo R****, the property manager for my account, has been extremely helpful in coordinating repairs to the property and managing requests from me, tenant, and vendors. He is quick to respond, has excellent follow-up, and is always polite and professional. He's been a pleasure to work with!

  Bay Property Management Group has been managing my rental property for over a year now. Roxie, my property manager has been amazing. She always responds quickly to any questions, concerns, or requests I may have. I've also had no issues with my tenants. I would recommend this company.

  We really enjoyed living at clipper park and had a wonderful experience with the management, especially Ronaldo. He communicated with us expediently and any issues we had were addressed quickly. We would recommend this company.

  The house had a ton of issues when we moved in and things needed replaced, but for us at least the management was actually pretty good about responding to maintenance requests and never blamed us which is why my review is not lower. Just be careful because from past reviews it seems like they have a history of issues with appliance failure and pest issues; they even put a clause in our lease saying that pests were fully our responsibility, presumably because its been such an issue before they just didn't want to deal with it any more, though to their credit they did still end up sending someone to help deal with a pest issue since it was clearly due to structural issues in the house and not any lapse on our part.

  This is the most incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of working with, they stole money from me, but I actually think they are too bad at math and their own jobs to understand that they did, so I can't say it was malicious. Under no circumstances should you ever hire, consult, or do any type of business with this company. You would be better off walking downtown and hiring someone living under a bridge shouting obscenities at imaginary CIA agents than giving these people a moment of your time.
