  Bay Property has been managing my home for several years. The current manager, Ronaldo R, is very communicative and helpful. I highly recommended this company for people who seek to rent spaces in Baltimore and do not want to have to be on the front line.

  We are owners of a property in Baltimore and have been very pleased with the service of the Bay Management group Office. The property manager, Phoebe ********* , has been exceptionally helpful. She always keeps us informed about what's going one. Nice not to have surprises. Very satisfied.

  I like to thank Bay Property Mgt for providing efficient services during our residency here. I was a bit nervous at first due to reviews, but my experience was great. Thank you Peach M********* for being a great manager to me and my family. Garrett was a great maintenance manager and service provider. The house was amazing. I would reside there again if it wasn't for military duty. I believe in team work lead to great outcome and thank you for trusting me as a tenant. Thank you for relieving the worries I initially had.   Had an overworked HVAC system. Once I notified Roxie C. She was quick to have vendors contacted for estimates to have the system replaced. She stayed ontop of the entire process with getting the home owner approval and the installation process. Thank you Roxie for all that you do!!!

  Christian A******* Has been a great manager for our rental property while we lived out of state including managing maintenance and upkeep, interfacing with renters, and troubleshooting issues with city offices when needed. The management company keeps and sends well organized and easily accessed documentation. The process of setting up renters was easy- the company helped set the price point and recruit vetted renters.

  I would like to give Nerissa G****** a five-star review. She has been my property manager for over two years now. Although she is outside of the USA, she still answers my calls as soon as she gets my message. She has worked with me to find affordable companies to handle my heating and air, electrical, etc. She goes above and beyond when it comes to managing my property. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good and reliable property manager.
