      If I could rate a zero I would. This company is despicable and I feel that they are not legit. I made a grave error in soliciting them to have blind installation. I was excited about getting new blinds for the first time and to remove my paper temporary blinds, it was just for "5" windows. I ordered on 10-12-22 and was told it would take 3 to 6 weeks, ok fine, blinds were delivered to company on 11-16-22 and installation was scheduled for 11-28-22. Installation did not happen because they came out and said the measurements were not performed correctly. Afterwards, I was told the blinds would have to be reordered on 12-1-22 and that they would rush the order. Received a phone call that now the new installation date would be 1-5-22, another mistake was made and now I'm told the blinds wouldn't arrive until 1-19-22 and that someone would call and schedule the installation. At this point, they are untrustworthy and I don't believe anything will happen anytime soon. They have my 2,000$ deposit and have a very nonchalant attitude with the customers concerns. No manager has reached out to me at all. I don't trust this company because they are unstable. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY FUNDS RETURNED IMMEDIATELY!!

      I have read a few of the reviews and we are experiencing a very difficult time with this company as well. After waiting several months for the blind, we finally had an install date. The installation was incomplete for the blinds for my entire door was missing and two windows frames were missing parts. There motto of how can we make we smile today is a joke. Every-time I called Beltway Blinds, I did not get any satisfaction, I was passed around and told I would get a call back, which never happened but yet my the contract was processed and payment was expected? To date, I still have an incomplete installation and this all started back in May. Customer service is poor and yet WHUR radio advertisements on air for Beltway builds this company to be customer friendly and caring. Autumn Joy and WHUR will also get a review from me. This was a $10K mistake . Go with someone else if you can….
      Ask yourself, would you make car payments and the dealership has not delivered your car in over two months but they provide you the keys?
