Snapfish is advertising promotions after they expire and allowing customers to spend time creating products that they then don't want to lose the time they spent creating them, and refuses to honor their promotion when called out. Very deceptive and misleading business tactic. I attached a screenshot showing snapfish advertising their $11.99 photobooks at almost 3 pm after being told by a chat representative that the promo "unfortunately" expired at 12 pm and they refused to honor it. It is still being advertised. If they get caught doing that they should be providing the customer with a code to honor what they're advertising.Initial Complaint

On November 30, 2023 I ordered a custom item from snapfish with an estimated delivery date of December 11, 2023 for Christmas. I began contacting snapfish when the December 11th date passed and it still showed that my order had yet to be created. I was told that I needed to give it more time which my response to was that I needed it for Christmas. Finally on December 21st they acknowledged that my order was never created and I was told via email that I would have my item by December 28th. I still have yet to receive it, nor does it show it was ever created. Obviously they took the monies from my account the day I ordered so I have no product and I am out the $40.98.Initial Complaint

I ordered Christmas photo card on December 5 and I also paid for 2 day delivery. I received my cards on December 18th and not were they late they were bent and the quality was very poor. I ordered 80 Christmas cards along with envelopes with printed return addresses on 11/24/23. Order number **************. I received them on 12/4. I looked at the cards and although I wasn't totally happy with the quality, decided they were ok since they were cheaper than other places. Well today I sat down to put them in envelopes and realized that the return address printed on every envelope is so awful that its completely illegible and smeared. Who packaged these and decided it was fine? I used the chat feature on their website and sent photos. The rep told me he could credit me $9. I told him that its not a reasonable refund for a $100 order. I asked if they can overnight a new batch. He said that I could get them in 4 business days. I told him that is too long since I have to send them this week and that Id be reaching out by phone tomorrow if he cant help. He ended the chat without saying a word. I ordered Christmas cards. The quality of the design and photos are disappointing and not of a quality to send to friends and family overseas. The website says there is a "satisfaction guarantee" but they won't give me a refund and I've asked multiple times to speak to a manger and am just being ignored. They offered a credit, but in order to use it the shipping shoots up to over $45 which is more that what I initially spent in the first place. Anyway because of they ignored my emails it's late now for me to get cards in time to send for christmas. I just want my money back please.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on Nov 27, 2023 for 4x6 cards, a 4x6 image, and several 4x6 magnets totaling $85. They said all products were shipped Dec 1. I received the cards and image on Dec 6. It is now Dec 11 and I still have not received the magnets ($20). All phone numbers have been disconnected, the Live Chat feature leaves you in the virtual queue and unable to answer questions, and all social media attempts at contact lead you back to their Live Chat. The tracking number says *** has the package. *** claims the tracking number isn't valid in their system. You can't even file a refund claim in any form. They stole my money for the magnets and now I'm out a Christmas present that I have to reorder and spend additional money on from somewhere else and hope it arrives in time. It's not a large sum but, it's mainly the principle of the matter. I will never use them or recommend them again.Initial Complaint

Terrible customer service. I did not receive my full order of greeting cards so I either wanted the greeting cards that I paid for or refund the money.I tried to resolve by calling and Live Chat. I made books for Christmas gifts. I was trying to edit and fix things, I deleted a page and purchased the books. When they came in they looked nothing like the one I ordered. When I went back online to check the item it had disappeared from my saved projects. I wanted to speak with customer service but the only option is online chat. I waited a long time and finally someone came on. They asked for the order number and when I went to get it the chat was disconnected. So I tried again and same thing waited a long time the person came on and then just went silent. They wouldnt answer my questions so I disconnected the chat. I got an email from the first chat asking if things have been resolved or to reply and they would help. So I replied. 3 days later they answered my email and told me to upload pictures of the problems. So I did that. Today is day 3 and still havent heard anything about fixing the issue or getting a refund.Initial Complaint

Order number ************** was put in on 11/7/23 for $39.10. Once I received it I contacted Snapfish based on the bad quality of the calendars. Snapfish was contacted on 11/17. I was then told to show examples of the quality, which I did. Customer service told me to send the images at a different size (technically smaller and with less detail than my originals), and they would give me a credit to replace them for free. They were not free, I had to pay $15.97 for shipping and tax on shipping for some reason on 11/20/23. I received the new calendars and the quality is just as bad if not worse. So, I reached back out via the same email as the previous correspondence. I was told they cannot help, I need to use their chat feature. For days clicking on chat said help was offline. I finally got the chat to come up today 12/7 and was initially number 92 in the queue. Once it got down to # 80 the page suddenly said offline again and I had to rejoin the chat, but was suddenly number 116 in the queue. I now have six garbage calendars that I paid $55.07 for and no way of even contacting the company to get my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered 255 photo prints from Snapfish ( order# **************) to put in my Christmas cards on 11-26-23. My son had gotten engaged and I really was excited to send these in my cards. There were 3 different poses ordered. I uploaded them and ordered them. I received the photos this week. All three poses which make up the total 255 prints I ordered are useless. One pose is blurry and slightly distorted looking and the other two photos have parts of people cut off of the picture. I contacted Snapfish and was told that I submitted the pictures like that but as a courtesy they would give me a credit for the pictures but would not cover shipping. The cheapest shipping cost what my pictures cost. After back and forth I got nowhere with getting shipping covered. If I didn’t go ahead and take their offer for pictures I would have wasted almost 50 dollars. A supervisor was supposed to contact me by email but never did. So I paid another 22 dollars in shipping to get the pictures ordered. I also found it very odd that the shipping in my cart was orginally like 17.49 and I came back to my cart in a minute and it had already increased. That’s didn’t seem right. They won’t be in until closer to Christmas which is also frustrating. My problem is that when I uploaded my pictures I never got a red flag or warning that the entire picture wouldn’t fit or that my “resolution” as they told me was low on one of the pictures. Places like Shutterfly gives you those warnings. To me my picture when I uploaded it on Snapfish looked completely fine. It’s very deceiving and I feel like at the very least Snapfish should reimburse me for shipping.
