      On Nov 20, 2023, I ordered 3 products from Snapfish- custom Christmas cards, a custom photo mug, and 4 custom ornaments. The Christmas cards and mug were supposed to arrive on Nov 4. Neither arrived. I contacted the customer service at Snapfish and was told the best they could do was issue a replacement that wouldn't be here for 7-9 more days. I told them that I also wanted a refund for these products as receiving replace tons over a week late was terrible customer service. They responded that they could only send the replacements. I also reported that 1 of the 4 ornaments was damaged. They are working on a replacement for that. I spent 1.5 hours in love chats with them that kept disconnecting (3 times) and I had to start over for the best resolution they could offer to be replacements arriving over a week from when they were supposed to be here. I want a refund for the Christmas cards and the mug in addition to the replacements for the horrible customer service I experienced.       Received photo ornaments that I ordered. Quality is horrible. Cannot make out facial features. Photos are from an ****** ** and have been reproduced by other photo companies without difficulty. No ability to speak with anyone. Can only chat. Snapfish Refuses to issue a refund and will not even give credit for shipping charges. I am more than happy to return the ornaments. Do not want to pay shipping or charges for items that are not as displayed on website and especially products that are vey poor quality. I have been a customer for years and have not returned items. It us ridiculous that a company would expect someone to pay when they are 100% NOT satisfied.

      I completed a project named ****, I reached out to Snapfish and specifically told the Rep. I only needed that project and provided the order number. I also explained I needed to update my address the chat ended, and immediately another person came to the chat and again I started over explaining the same. That person told me where to go and order that specific Order, which I did, I got and was charge for. Than I got an email telling me my 2 other orders had been shipped and they charged my bank account and the stated it had been delivered to the old address in another town. I immediately let Snapfish now and they want to give me “merchandise “ credit! I drove to the former address and The new homeowner told me nothing was delivered only 3 letters but nothing from Snapfish. Again I contacted a Representative named **** and another person by the name ***** and I also sent an email I got telling me, they had an issue with their chat system and they apologized for that issue. I am requesting my full refund. Not merchandise credits. The amount I am asking is $81.33 debited from my bank account on 10/26 I have my bank statement if needed and also the copy of the email sent to me.

      I purchased 468 photo prints. My cost for the purchase was $57.54 including shipping. My photos have print streaks (lines) on them, poor ink quality and are blurred (which is not the original appearance of majority of the images). I reached out via their chat option on 9/16, the day my order was delivered. The chat was disconnected x2. I responded to the email requesting images be submitted showing the printing issues. I do that on 9/16 x2. I did not receive a response to my inquiry after 5 business days and 4 additional messages ranging in dates from 9/16-9/23. I requested images be reprinted with quality ink, not low cartridge, or a refund. The reason my photos have streaming/lines is likely due to a problem with the printer or a low ink or toner supply. I have never received a product from Snapfish that had these issues, so that leaves me to believe this is a product quality issue. I use the same camera I have for several years and never encountered such poor prints in the past. Order number: ************** Requests for assistance/ticket numbers: ******* and *******

      Snapfish provides an image storage service and will print photos and other items with the images. Their contract states that the customer can download photos from their account as long as they purchase photos from the website. I have been using their service for over 10 years and have hundreds of photos. After going one year without a purchase, my account went into "archive" status. I recently placed an order per their contract but they still refuse to allow me to download my photos. I have been in contact with their customer service for the last 6 months and they have not fixed the issue.

      I purchased over 250 photos from Snapfish spent 2 hours going through them editing them to make sure heads were in frame I also did a collage. My pictures resorted back to the original the pictures were cut at all difference sizes the collage cut off the heads at the top as if they didn't align the cutter right. I have spent 3 weeks back in forth woth emails since they don't have a phone line apparently requesting my money back. They keep giving the same automated response to credit me . Their product is horrible quality and I will never order again so I reiterated this and they still will only give credit not my refund I toldnthem I would send the photos back I went through a different company and. Reordered them.

      ********** has asked that I report this to BBB on the Snapfish BBB account. They have blamed Snapfish. I recently had 1287 pictures developed on 07/11/2023. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the pictures . Almost every single picture out of the 1287 that were developed were fuzzy looking. About 90% of these pictures were very important and precious pictures that were taken and now are ruined. I’m not sure if this was a one time incident or if you’ve had other complaints but this is unacceptable. As you know it’s not cheap to have pictures developed but then to have them all fuzzy looking and not presentable is very disappointing. As our first experience with this company it was not a good one. I feel as first time customers who’ve spent a lot of money having 1287 pictures developed there should be some type of compensation due here. I would think that you would agree to this . In fact, most of these were taken with a professional camera. I had them redeveloped at ******** **** Mart and they were beautiful. I look forward to hearing from you.

      Ordered my wedding photos from snapfish and despite them being high resolution, my photos arrived blurry. Ive contacted customer service over 10 times over a span of two weeks requesting a refund and a label so I can return the pictures and each time, the representative said it needed to be escalated and someone would reach back out via email. The representative that contacted me only offered me a credit and when I requested a refund they stopped responding and I am still trying to resolve this issue. Absolutely terrible company and terrible customer service.

However, there are new promotions that also give a great discount for your order. The best deal so far is ******* which you can use on all your next orders till the 1st of January 2024. My problem is I was told in the chat that I would receive 90% off once I reordered.       The Snapfish photo department has NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER AND DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I REQUESTED A REFUND RIGHT AWAY. MY $4.35 charge has been in pending status for 5 days.
