  I received my products within a very reasonable time. They were very healthy and delivered with excellent soil that remained moist. There was no damage to the products and they're just ready to plant. I highly recommend this outlet.

  A pleasure to do business with GG. Rectified a problem I had with an order and made sure I received the code rebate I was due. Customer service is very responsive. I have done business with GG several times and will continue to do so.

  I have been driving from nursery to nursery to find the plants I wanted without any luck. I am done with buying plants at the big hardware stores. They don't seem to last. I found Garden Goods Direct online, and they had the exact plants I'd been searching for for several weeks. After reading a multitude of reviews, I decided to purchase 4 Manhattan Euonymus in the 3 gallon size. The price was very reasonable, and the guarantee they offered made me feel comfortable. The plants were shipped perfectly and quickly. They were contained in heavy duty boxes, strapped in securely and arrived fresh and lush. The instructions for planting were easy and clear, and my new plants look gorgeous. I am very pleased and definitely recommend. In fact, I have already recommended to several people based upon my excellent experience.

  After a number of arborvitae failed… not due to the companies, fault, and with Photos they gladly replaced each one without any hassle. They stuck to their guarantee, and that is critical for me and others

  The company does not respond to email or to phone calls.. Placed an order and according to company website, it could be cancelled same day..
  They claim to cancel the order, the fastest way is to send an email to their customer service address with 'Cancel order' in the subject line..I did as requested. I also tried to call them. It's been six days and I've heard nothing. The order still hasn't shipped but the charge of approximately seven hundred dollars remains in my card.
  I will never do business with this company again.

  The ajuga plants were gorgeous--so healthy-looking and so nice that they arrived in individual pots, making it much easier to plant them. I, actually, just finished planting all of them and--depending on how fast they cover the bed for which they were ordered--I may order more later! I appreciate, also, how well they were packed (soaking wet upon arrival!) and the fact that they were delivered soon after I placed my order. (As I recall, I believe I've ordered from Garden Goods Direct in the past, with good results, too, so I was glad to be able to order, again, from such a reputable company!)

  Be warned: Gardens Good Direct sends you dead plants. Their customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful. I’m very disappointed in their customer service practices.

  i knew I placed the order really late before Mother's Day and wasn't sure if it would deliver on time, but would have had no hard feelings if it didn't get there by Mother's Day. they were so excellent in getting it to my mom just in time and she said it is so beautiful! Thank you so much

  Fast tracking delivery of a fresh and raw product. Shipped very carefully and showed up alive and ready to go* Let the plants breath as soon as you receive them! Cut the bags and ties off them. Put them where they are going to be, in their new environment .
