      They delivered king bed to me with the slats of queen size and missing another metal hardware. They left this unassembled pieces standing there and left. No one from Ashley called to follow up today. We have no bed to sleep on and have no knowledge when they will come back to finish the assembly. To make it worse, when I called Ashley store in Gaithersburg where I made the purchase, I was rudely and coldly told by a lady called Mariam (or Mary) that this has nothing to do with her and her store. She has no information about the service part and could not help me to follow up with anyone. She said in a tone very indifferent, missing parts? That will take a while to arrive. Is this Ashley? I bought furniture from a brand name store, not from a random service company that I could not follow up and has nothing to do with Ashley. Please help!

      Ordered a whole living room and dining room set. The table came warped and dinged up. Ashleys said they would replace it..its been 6 months and now they ignore all our calls. Shady business practice I would avoid at all costs

      WARNING! Do not purchase from Ashley Furniture Home Store i purchased a reclining sofa and love seat when i opened the box up to set them up the sofa was broken and had pieces falling out the back out was really unstable to attach the back seat and could not put it on. I reach out to Ashley Furniture but they wanted to order me parts, I told them I would like a tech to come out to see how bad the damage was. It took them three weeks to have a tech come out, when the tech came out all he did was screw two piece of wood to try to fix it. I proceeded to tell the tech it was not going to hold it , and I would rather just like a replacement or not to be charged for the sofa. He ignored me, continued to screw the wood and fix the sofa. I then told him I will notify Ashley Furniture Home Store on Monday. He just left, The sofa is still leaning and not holding up after the tech came out. Monday came and I called Ashley Furniture,she reassured me she was going to fix my problem and then never came back on the line nor said everything else. The call was still connected, I kept on calling her and saying hello, no response, after waiting on the line for two and a half hours I hung up. I spoke with a representative on Tuesday and she said she would not me on hold and would stay on the line with me. I did ask to speak with a supervisor both times I called, the representative then did transfer me after half an hour and it went straight to the Supervisor/Manager voicemail. I did leave a detailed voicemail for the supervisor to give me a call back but still have not received a call back. Its been TWO weeks now. I'm Paying a quiet a bit of money for the sofa and I dont wnat to pay for something that is broken. I think its Fair to get a new couch or the sofa to be taken off and not have to pay for a broken one.

      I was delivered a broken piece of furniture and I can't get any response from company.i
      I finally got a call from Brandywine service dept. and was basically told I had to wait till the process took its course that it didn't matter that I reported damage immediately that I should have sent it back before drivers left.I explained that I was dealing with drivers to take other piece back that was broke and that they loaded that piece and left.
      I'm reaching out to Maryland's attorney general as well. There is no way all these complaints are false.

      I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Ashley Furniture, which has left me frustrated and seeking a resolution to the issues I have encountered.

      On May 29th 2023, I made a purchase of a full bedroom set and mattress from one of your retail stores, referred to as Store Churchville Rd, in Bel Air Md.
      At the time of purchase, I sought clarification on the return policy for mattresses in case I experienced any discomfort or pain after using the product. The sales representative assured me that I had a generous window of 30 days to return the mattress if I was not satisfied with it. Also I was informed that this return policy would only be honored if I bought the mattress protector. Of course I complied and bought the mattress protector.

      However, it has come to my attention that this information was gravely misleading and inconsistent with the actual return policy. Upon experiencing significant discomfort and pain after using the mattress for only a short duration, I attempted to initiate a return within the supposed 30-day window. To my surprise, I was informed by the customer service representative that mattresses are only eligible for exchange or return after 30 days of purchase and I would have to pay 15% return fee.

      This drastic change in the return policy left me feeling deceived and betrayed as a customer. As I now find myself stuck with a product that is causing me physical discomfort and without the same return options that were presented to me during the initial sale. The process of seeking assistance and clarification from the customer service department has been arduous and unhelpful. It is disheartening to experience such subpar support when trying to address a legitimate concern.

      I sincerely believe that customers should be able to trust the information provided by sales representatives. The store has not tried to help or accommodate me in any way. Truly disheartening.

      I want to report this store!!! Ordered couches from them and canceled the order before couches were delivered. Couches never came and a charge of $1700 was placed on my card.

      I called the store, called corporate and was told to go in person to cancel order. Did go in person and they said they can’t cancel my order. I am so upset and I’m trying to get my money back!!!


      THIS IS FRAUD AND A SCAM THEY NEED TO BE SENT TO COURT.

      They are a scam when it comes to their product to buy into the cleaning program for furniture you bought. They tell you if you don’t use it within 5 years you get that money back. NOPE! You get a credit you must use in person at that store. That was never told to me or documented. I moved and I asked for an alternate solution. Maybe buy something over the phone or transfer to another person. NOPE! What a scam and horrible customer service to assist. Now I know why people say never to use this business.

      Never purchase from Ashley...i learned the hard way. My bed came delivered with missing pieces and the delivery people left garbage all over the road. The system has been down for over 1 week and i have been left without a bed. I have been trying to call guest care and get my compensation for the headache and time off BUT NO ONE RESPONDS OR PICKS UP THE PHONE. Needless to say this was not white glove service at all and ill be telling everyone about my experience

      I purchased a Recliner from Ashley Furniture. After a couple of months sitting in the chair it became very uncomfortable and caused severe back pain. I reached out to Ashley to share my concerns and was directly told I was out of the 72 hour window for any returns. This is very disappointing. Their return policy is not what I’m use to. I should have purchased from Sam’s Club or Costco. I will continue to seek other avenues to get this chair returned. As of right now my opinion regarding Ashley Furniture is they don’t stand behind their products and the customers mean nothing. Just give them your money.

      All their warranties are scams their furniture is trash and they know it. So they will send you over to protect all usa (gbs) and they will refuse to fix it and act like they've never heard of you no matter how many times you call and give them every piece of information they ask for. They tell you it's manufacturer error but ashley furniture will deny.
