      I purchased the Party Time recliner sofas for my husband spending almost 3000 dollars.
      I was not contacted by Ashley but after going to the store on another matter I found out the furniture is a fire ?? hazard. The store gave me a number to have it repaired and told me to unplug the furniture immediately. I called the number 3 months ago and still can not use my furniture at this point I don’t want anything but a refund.

      Based on my experience with Ashley's corporate online website and its woefully horrible and poorly trained customer service staff, I have decided I will not proceed with planned furniture purchases... The other 122 customer reviews speak loudly about the foolishness of continuing business with this company.

      Long story short - purchased furniture and was told 2 weeks for delivery by the salesperson. 2 weeks has now become 2 months and we have no use for the furniture anymore.

      Tried to ask for a refund and was denied. Never ever purchase from this company with such a horrible return policy and lies about shipping. I am now disputing the charged with my credit card company.

      My advice if you are considering buying a mattress from this store record the interaction with the salesperson and make sure you get a copy of the comfort warranty that is signed by you and a store manager. A 15 percent restocking fee on a $5000 mattress that can only be recycled and not restocked or resold is excessive. When I purchased a Trmpur-pedic mattress I was not informed verbally or in writing about this 15 percent charge and no where in the paperwork was this fee stated. The mattress did not work for me and after I submitted everything I was asked fo to the guest services I was informed that I had to bring more then $700 to the store before the mattress would be exchanged. Then I was informed that the comfort guarantee did not apply to the mattress I purchased and I had to contact the manufacturer directly. When I called the manufacturer I was told that when purchased at a retail store the exchange had to go through the store. After over one month of phone calls to the store and Ashley’s very rude Guest Services employees I was finally contacted today by a manager at Guest Services. The manager spoke down to me and when I tried to speak he kept saying “I will not waive the charges” and when I said I would not have purchased the mattress if I was informed of the charges he said the store told him the policy was explained and I received the policy In writing. This entire process has been upsetting and demeaning. I do not like being called a liar.

      This was my first purchase from Ashley Furniture, it was a big mistake. I received my furniture in May 2023, and it came damaged. The driver said I needed to contact Ashley to get a replacement and the delivery people refused to take it back. I called immediately and they requested for me to take pictures of the damage items (which was 6 bar stool chairs, table and a server)and forward to email they provided. I waited for a response and no response, I called multiple times and finally on 06/29/2023 they responded that they will be delivering the items on July, 01, 2023. I waited and took the day off and they were a NO SHOW! No call or apology was made. I called them and all I would get was a recording saying, "they are have difficulties with their systems". This was in on going recording even when I called the store I would receive that message. I have called at least 15 times and spoke to about 6 different people regarding the situation. Finally a supervisor called me back and she said all she can do is credit my acct $200.00 for the inconvenience (this was on 07/11/23) still have not received the credit. They contacted us for delivery on 08/08/23, the chairs were more damaged then the ones I have now. I refused them and called Ashley and they said I have to accept one more delivery before I can reselect a different item. I told them reselect?? no give me my money back because everything they have will be the same kind of furniture. The quality of furniture, the customer service is unacceptable. I did make a dispute with Synchrony who we got credit to purchase the furniture, explaining the situation and they are working with us to resolve this. Ashley you deserve no stars for the product and customer service you give your clients. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN!

      It's the most dishonest business in America they charge me for 5 years protection plan and when my two sofa recliners stop working it's been 6 months now and all get send me from number to number

      I would give it a ZERO star review if I could. By far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service when it comes to addressing a warranty issue. I have been trying to work with Ashley's in regards to an issue with my white leather sofa & recliner. I have 2 sections that immediately got color stained by someone simply sitting on the sofa or recliner. This is embarrassing. I can't even allow anyone to sit on them because if someone sits on my sofa or recliner with any colored clothing, it absorbs the colors. Therefore the sofa & chair gets permanently color stained. I have asked Ashley's several times to have someone come clean then pretreat the sofa & recliner. All I continue to receive is the run around. Every time I call, they say someone has called & yet no voicemail, text message, or email other than the very 1st I had sent with pictures of the problem about 1 month or so after purchase. Like 3-4 mo ago, they had sent out a 3rd party company to come assess & fix. The guy showed up at like 8pm, said they told him just to come clean it. He didn't even clean it. All he did was take pictures & say there was nothing he can do except report it back to Ashley's. This has been going on for more than a year now. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S

      The worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a sofa that arrived with defective legs in May 2023. I ordered replacement legs twice. It is now August 2023 and they still haven’t arrived. I called Ashley’s multiple times and no one ever knows anything. I also ordered two nightstands that arrived defective. I want to return them and have been asking since May how I can return them and they will not provide shipping instructions. It is absurd that a customer would have to pay for return shipping when an item is defective. This company just keeps customers waiting for months when they make mistakes and then refuse to take corrective action. I truly believe that this is a scam company that offers below standard quality products, poor customer service, and a lack of recourse.

      They sell cheap furniture for an expensive price. I bought a leather sectional from Ashley furniture in flint, mi. I had it a year and 3 months and the color is coming of of the headrest and the warranty company won't cover the damage. I'm so done with this store and that fake ass warranty company that I paid 1000.00 for.
