      Problem with purchase of a recliner. Call and no one gets back to me. We cannot put recliner at a sitting position. They have been here once and problem started again. Called the store itself and there is no answer. Can someone please help us with this situation? I would never buy or recommend Ashley furniture.

      Stay away from Ashley store. Bought furniture 4 years ago and everything has fallen apart. Dining room chairs, sofas, mattress. Terrible. Bought insurance and they dont cover anything. Called complained nothing was done. Do Not Shop There!!!!

      If I could give a zero I will. I purchase the Willowton 60" ** Stand online Wednesday, April 17th, 2024. The ** stand was delivered that Friday, but I did not start putting it together until Monday. As I was taking the item out of the box it was split part # **, front tail . According, the instructions it provide me the website to see if it can be replaced, but the website told me it couldn't be replaced and provide me with three location that I can take the piece to see if I can receive another. I took it to Ashley in *********, located in the **********, **. Manager told me that they cannot replace it with charging me for it because they are not affiliated with Ashley online. Finally, I got intouch with a rep who confirmed that part #** can be replaced and one will be sent to me with 7-10 business days. I sent pictures to email provided by her but have not heard back. Spoke to a rep via chat and phone. One rep told me it will be mid May when my part will be available. Called back June 3 and was told it will be mid June when my replacement piece will become available. Now I have the stand scattered over the den ready to be put together, but I can't move forward until I get that piece. ***** Please do not buy furniture from Ashley Furniture, because they will give you a run around****

      My *********** purchased a new home so went to store in ********** NJ as I was reassured by an employee they were holding a matching piece I was looking for to our previously purchased Value City bedroom set! Upon arrival I was told the girl was new didnt know any better & not only did they not have it but they couldnt sell it to me if they did! The store manager did her best to help us get it for a lot more than what was confirmed over the phone! We ended up loving a cocktail table so we ordered that & a matching end table! All 3 pieces were delivered to our porch! We assembled them but unfortunately the cocktail table top had a crack in the top! I called customer service which is the biggest joke of it all! All they can do is take your call & submit problematic emails in which you wait ***** hours for a call back & god forbid you miss that call it starts all over again! So they said they would send a new one! Not only is it not the correct piece it does not match my existing cracked one or my end table! So again calling customer service for them to send email just this time no call back a week later! I called several times to be told they cant pull my account by my phone number I need to call the store I did the order out of! Strange didnt do that prior! So I call guy who picks up says I never sent a picture to prove its the wrong table top so thats why no call back! Emailed pictures & got a call back just now! Explained to the guy its not the correct top not only does it not have the layover pieces across the bottom that the metal lift part screws into but the entire top is off compared to my other two pieces! I ask if I can just return the pieces for a refund in which ** told I can with a restocking fee! Excuse me what? So he puts manager on the phone who is extremely rude to tell me them sending me a new top for the damaged one is a courtesy from them! Your company sends me a broken $400 table but a new top is a courtesy? Unacceptable in my opinion!

      At one point in past years you could purchase quality furniture from Ashleys this is not the case anymore. We purchased the Game Plan Rec Sofa and it is poorly made and very unsafe for any family to enjoy or utilize safely. It has metal framing screwed into PLYWOOD ALL OVER. Ashley **** supervisors refuse to take it back without penalties. ******* was kind and professional however ****** in Tech Support was very unprofessional and rude. The technician agreed the sofa structure is poorly built and will eventually break because it cannot support the metal frame. We were offered a new one with the same poor quality however this does not solve the root of the problem which is the poor quality this sofa is made with. We are not willing to pay a penalty for the poor quality and product sold by Ashley. We had 2 service visits confirming the poor quality and hazard this product presents.My lawyer has been informed of the situation and we will take proper actions needed to protect ourselves as the consumer. Better Business and Consumer Affairs will receive this report and photos. We were willing at one point to exchange without penalties for another Ashley product however based on how this situation has transpired we have lost confidence in Ashley furniture products and policies. We have purchased 5 sofas or more from ashleys within the last 5 years under my name and ************************* from various locations including ******* *********************** **. You have lost our business and loyalty over 15% restocking fee which is pennies compared to the 30 plus thousands of dollars we have spent over the past 5 years alone with Ashley. We will be takling our business elsewhere from now on. ******************* game plan sofa model

      Very poor customer service. The salesperson was very unprofessional after I decided to cancel part of the order. She acted upset and tried to convince me to not cancel. I requested for the manager to call me, but he never did. They also gave me a couple of pillows, then charged me for them over $400. I told them that I did not want them or needed them, but they do not accept returns. What a terrible customer service.

      I purchased a living room set in February they couldn't deliver until March 16 2024. On March 16th 2024 they looked at the hallway and said they couldn't get the furniture in the house.my wife and I both took out the old furniture 3 days prior to make trash day. Here we are April 23rd and I still haven't been reimbursed the the $165.81 delivery fee. Someone please help me get my money back.

      Stay away! Purchased a sectional, took 2 months to be delivered and when it was, they didn't assemble it properly. Pieces weren't even connected AT ALL. I've called 3 times and now I have to wait 2 weeks before even receiving a call, ******* knows when they'll even send anyone to correct the issue. I will never buy from this place ever again.

      They're full of lies and have poor customer service.They're forcing me to pay for repairs while I'm paying for insurance of damage and I fail to understand why. So I need hel0 in taking care of this .

      Unfortunately, I must warn potential buyers to exercise caution when considering doing business with you. My interaction with your company, as well as the associated delivery service provided by FedEx, has been nothing short of a nightmare. The issues and setbacks I faced have not only been frustrating but have also left me and my family emotionally drained. let's say a house without a table.It is disheartening to highlight that the level of service provided by your company and FedEx has significantly fallen below acceptable standards. The mishandling of my package, coupled with the lack of accountability, has been utterly disappointing. Moreover, the constant delays, miscommunication, and false promises only added to my dismay. I firmly believe that your company's actions and negligence have not only affected me financially but have also impacted my emotional well-being.It is evident that your company's practices lack transparency and fail to prioritize customer satisfaction. Despite my repeated requests for a full refund, I was continuously met with excuses and unfulfilled promises. The ordeal of my package being declared lost, only to miraculously reappear damaged and incomplete upon delivery, is unacceptable. The fact that your team failed to provide a satisfactory resolution to compensate for the distress and inconvenience caused is deeply disappointing.I must emphasize that I do not seek store credits or inadequate discounts as a resolution. What I demand is to be fairly compensated for my emotional distress, delivered damaged considering the magnitude of the inconvenience and distress caused by your company's actions. The mere suggestion of a nominal discount offer, with no expedited shipping or compensatory measures, is unacceptable. In conclusion, I regret to inform you that, due to this overwhelmingly negative experience, I have lost all trust and confidence in your company.
