      I purchased a table and 2 chairs but the table wasn’t complete and I have concerns about cuts on the brand new table
      I contacted my warranty company and just feel like I’ve getting a run a round
      The people don’t know what’s going on and needs some serious training!!!

      I ordered a bed, nightstand, mattress, and mattress pad from this Lancaster store. The salesperson told me, “Your order will be delivered”. As I don’t live in Lancaster, this was perfect for me. When the order was delivered, however, I was told that the mattress pad was NOT included in delivery, and that I would be required to drive to the store to pick it up. I called the store to inquire if they would mail it to me. I was firmly told “NO”. I then asked if they would refund me that portion of the order, as I lived out of town, and it was not practical for me to drive there. Again, I was told they could only refund me if I drove to the store and handed them my card. I then contacted customer service, who “escalated” the request and was told they would contact me back in 24-48 hours. As I never received a call back in a weeks time, I called yet again to which I was again told that there was nothing they would do for me. For purchasing more than $2K in goods from this store, you would think that they would mitigate this customer service issue by simply mailing the product or issuing a refund. Very disappointed all the way around with this store. Would never recommend.

      Please stay away from them, their furniture is expensive first of all. But once you spend your money they do not care about how or when you receive your items. I Purchased a living room set and bedroom set from them. I paid in full. It took 6 weeks delivery which i was ok with, however when it came they sent the wrong bedframe. They did not want to take it back instead gave me a run around about solving the problem. The eventually decided to send a new bed frame but refused to give me a refund of take the entire set of furniture back even though it was the wrong stuff, I waited another 3 weeks just for them to only send half of what was missing or messed up. It was a horror story and they did not accommodate me at all for the trouble they caused. I will never shop there again and I don’t advice anyone else to.

      I recently purchased a number of items from Ashley. When I recently moved, the movers could not take apart the queen panel headboard and rails as they were not properly installed. I went to the local Ashley store last week and was told that I needed to get approval from the Bakersfield store where the purchase was made, to make a new selection at the Oxnard store. I did not want the same thing PLUS I was told by the technician that came out to my home, that there were not parts available to repair it.
      While at the store, the local store tried to call the Bakersfield store and ended up sending them an email. While there, I called and spoke to a woman for several minutes. She promised to call me back that night and of course that never happened and has not happened at all.
      I plan to go back to the Oxnard store this weekend to see if they have any updates or try to reach the Bakersfield store again.
      This is horrible customer service and will never buy anything again at Ashley and will encourage friends and family to follow suit.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying I never even received the furniture I selected. ordered a sofa with chaise on October 28, in the Gainesville store. The salesman said everything was in stock and ready to ship and my delivery date was November 8. The store called November 6 to say my delivery had been pushed back to the 18th of November. Fine. November 18 comes and they call me THE DAY OF the delivery and say they can’t fulfill the order today & they will deliver by the end of the month. At this point I am livid and call the store to cancel the order and have them refund my money. Not only did they not refund me, but they charged my credit card another $1,375. I called my credit card to dispute and Discover said that the store had set me up for a reoccurring payments and that I can absolutely dispute the charges. I’m still waiting for the second charge to post before I can dispute but I can’t stress enough these people are absolutely criminal. Do not purchase from them.

      I dealt with customer service on chat. The worst representative ever. Christie was rude and inconvenienced. I have screen shots of the chat to prove her unnecessary behavior. Because of her I am unable to purchase from Ashley Furniture.

      Highly upset because I walked in a showroom. Found a living room set that I wanted was informed that the deliver would be 11/14 meanwhile I visit the showroom in October. I get a phone call stating that it can't be delivered because they don't have it in stock . Meanwhile back in October I was told I can have it by November 14 . Now the next date is sometime December meanwhile I have discarded my old living room set and Thanksgiving was supposed to take place at my house . It's ridiculous they really don't care about the customers and how their lack of service puts the customer in a bind . While on hold the sale associate hangs up on me

      The most TERRIBLE customer service I have ever dealt with! My husband and I ordered a bed from them and they delivered/assembled it for us. We started noticing it squeaked, but ignored as we figured we needed to break it in. However, it got so bad that we could no longer sleep through the night as the noises were waking us up. We took the bed apart only to realize that it was not only put together incorrectly, but it was missing one of the bottom pieces, causing the wood frame to break. We immediately contacted customer service, who has now taken OVER TWO MONTHS to get this sorted, and we are still waiting!!!! I have spoken with them countless times on the phone, and every inquiry takes 7-10 business days to even get a response. This was their mistake, and they have taken their sweet time. We can no longer sleep in our room, and are forced to sleep in a guest room because of how broken the bed is, and they DO NOT CARE! They will not expedite the customer service. They won't refund/return and come pick up the bed because it's "more than 72 hours after it was delivered," even though we had no way of knowing that the bed wasn't put together correctly by their own delivery service. NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I should have spent the money at Crate and Barrel.

      Please people don’t buy anything from the Ashley furniture in Salem nh bought a kitchen table and 4 chair with bench 6 month Ed ago and the wood is cracking and warping filed complaint for repair
      And told they don’t cover it because it is from being wet . Tell me whom don’t wash there table . I will never buy anything from them oh I am sorry they going out of business for 5 years that’s right I forgot. Don’t waste any money junk junk junk ..
