      Doesn’t even deserve one star!!!! Ordered a couch and an ottoman which was a nightmare process to begin with. But finally it was delivered. After sitting on it for 5 days the cushions are sagging, Couch creeks everytime you move. Called Ashley’s customer service and tried to get it replaced or refunded. They told me because they didn’t deliver it and another company they outsourced to ship it i would have to call them. called them and they said they would get back in touch with me in 72 business hours. Finally heard from a “manager” who was RUDE and didn’t even give me her name. She said because Ashley’s delivered it and set it up, I only had 72 hours to return it. If it has been shipped UPS and i put it together myself, i would have 30 days. Now we’re stuck with a 1,300 piece of junk. Mind you, after I questioned the return policy the “manager” hung up on me after saying “I don’t make the policy”. Stay far the * away from Ashley’s!!!!

      Terrible Experience with Ashley's Store in Somerville City, MA
      I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Ashley store in Somerville, MA, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I ordered a TV stand from them, and what I received was nothing short of a nightmare.
      First and foremost, the TV stand arrived in a completely damaged condition. It looked like it had been through a war zone before it made its way to my doorstep. The packaging was in shambles, and it was obvious that the item had been mishandled during transit. This was clearly not my fault, but that's where the problems began.
      I immediately contacted Ashley's customer service, which was an absolute exercise in frustration. I tried calling multiple times, only to be placed on hold for what seemed like an eternity. When I finally got through to a representative, they were unhelpful and rude, to say the least. It felt like they were doing everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility for the damaged product they had sent me.
      I also sent multiple emails to Ashley, hoping for a more responsive and considerate approach. However, my emails seemed to vanish into a black hole, as I never received a single response. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this store.
      All in all, my experience with the Ashley store in Somerville, MA, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction, along with their terrible customer service and unwillingness to rectify their mistake, has left me not only frustrated but also out of pocket and stuck with a damaged piece of furniture. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping at this store to think twice and explore other options, as Ashley's lack of responsibility and respect for its customers is absolutely deplorable.
      They need to do better, much better.

      I bought chairs from them and they will not work for me. I have called them six times to try and arrange for a return and EVERYTIME they tell me they will request a return and someone will be in touch with me. First it was 3-5 business days, then it was 48 hours, then it was 24 hours. I have been waiting 16 days and still nothing. I even went to the store and they could not help me. They gave me a different phone number to call and when I called to talk to them they said they couldn't help me. Everyone gives you the run around. They are terrible. DO NOT purchase from them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      Michele C I have never been more disappointed with a purchase that I am with this couch that I got from Ashley Furniture in Linden New Jersey. I got theTanavi sectional it was delivered July 27 by August 12. I noticed that the all the seat cushions were pilling really bad. I complain to Anthony my sales person. He gave me a phone number for guest services. I have had nothing but a runaround I’ve called since August 14 at least 15 times. I’ve emailed the photos they wanted twice. They keep saying it’s being reviewed . I put a stop on Synchronicity credit payments told them why so they will be filing a complaint as well. I need someone to help me it’s been 3 months my couch looks like it’s 10 years old. Wish I could attach a photo here but I don’t think I can. Horrible company to deal with. Please someone help. I can’t even give them 1 star.

      Personally went into the store to order furniture for my new place to make sure all the things I needed was in stock. Sale representative said the 3 items were in stock and can have the couch delivered the following week but it wasn't promised the next following week and supposedly the delivery truck was in an accident... also needed a price correction on the items I ordered since they wanted to charge me 600 over what it equalled out too.
      Still waiting on a call to find out when my items will be delivered...
      Rather get a refund after all this ridiculous behavior

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Never ever purchase anything from this store/company. We purchased a bed frame and when it was delivered it gave off such a strong chemical smell it caused our eyes to burn, sore throat, coughing and headache. We called the store and they told us there was nothing they could do and we should call their service dept. We did but it was Friday at 4:30 and they were gone. We left fans running 2/47 in our bedroom and had to sleep on pillows on the floor. We are 67 and 71 years of age and that was rough. The next week we called them and they said they would have to send a tech out and it would take 1 1/2 weeks. I told them that was unacceptable that this was a health issue and I wanted someone to come pick up the bed and refund us. They refused. A week and a half later they cancelled the tech and we had to wait another week and a half all this time sleeping on the floor with pillows. Finally a tech came out and agreed with us, in fact he stated this is chemical smell was pretty common.. It took another 4 days for the bed to be scanned in and then we had to go to the store to get our refund.

      After one month of purchasing a sectional, the top of the sectional was turning a different shade of color, I contacted the store. They lead me to the customer service contact them. I am still waiting over two months for somebody to call me back and their answer was, this is not covered. I spent over $6000 at the store and now my couch is discolored for some manufacture reason that they said they won’t cover I’m highly disappointed.

      It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review knowing that I am a fan of the company.

      On Sept 10 2023 my family and I went to Ashley Furniture in Whitehall to purchase furniture. I have purchased several furniture in the past. This time as one of my kids purchased a home 5 minutes away from the store. I recommended to go to The Ashley store in Whitehall. The process was very simple and we decided to purchase Ashley exclusive furniture worth around 6k. We were approved immediately to a 11k credit card. The Manager Greg Gentry notified us that he will waive the delivery process and set up a delivery for Friday Sept 15. The day came and we were not happy the furniture .We tried again made another appt for September 23 again not a good experience as the furniture was ruined. I went to the store notified Greg about the issue. He just brushed us as if it’s not his problem and said well we have 10 furnitures I’m stock. To avoid any frustration I told him we will looked around to see if we like other items. We decided to purchase a lower price furniture worth 2k and his behavior completely changed. You can see that he was bothered. The process was a hassle to give us the price he gave us so I had to go to the store. Today September 30 at 3:30pm I took off from work to resolve the issue which was minor. All Greg had to do is keep his promise to waiver the delivery fee thats all. He presented to us the total and added the delivery saying I can
      Not lose anymore Money on this sale. All I asked him in which I pointed to the delivery charges in the paper was to remove it as a courtesy for 2 bad experiences I encountered in the store. He immediately snatched the paper and said now your not getting anything. I told him if that is your decision and he said yes and don’t come into my store again. Now I am stuck with no furniture and a 11k credit card. Greg Gentry was disrespectful and discriminated us when we purchased a lower price furniture. Please review the cameras.

      I bought an electric reclining loveseat from them about 2 or 3 years ago, and this July 2023, it stopped being able to recline. Ashley sent someone to look at it and they ordered the part needed and said they would be back to fix it when the part arrived (under warranty). It is now the end of September and my loveseat is still broken. Everytime I call they tell me "I have to be patient, the part takes awhile" they had told me the part would arrive in the middle of August, and here I am a month later still. I regret buying anything from them.

      Do not buy from Ashley! We ordered a new bedroom set and living room furniture at the end of June. Our order was supposed to come in 2 deliveries. They were not upfront about the delivery fees. They wanted to charge us $700 for delivery, which is absurd. They did take money off the delivery after we told them we wanted to cancel the bedroom set because of delivery costs, (Sales lady told me she didn’t want to lose her commission). We have now had delivery people at our house 8 times, and we still have damaged furniture. They brought the wrong color recliner, a damaged dresser, forgot pieces to our bed, had multiple deliveries with the wrong items, a couple times they didn’t even show up, (after spending half my day waiting for them), and a damaged footboard. They replaced our damaged foot board with another damaged footboard, which we still have. We have paint chipping off our bed and I caught the delivery guy trying to fill it in with a furniture marker. The customer service is terrible. Most of the time you have to try to communicate with a chatbot, not a real person.
      It is nearly impossible to get people to call you back. This has been going on for 3 months and we still do not have a resolution. The customer service manager said she was going to take 30% off our bed, but that still has not happened. This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had in my life.
