      My items were cancelled with out notifying me. I was charged. When I called customer service to figure out what was happening they had no information. Told me people would follow up the next day with more info and I never got the info. I set up a second delivery date with somehow no idea the entire order was cancelled. They were horrible to work with and I will never again

      Customer service is awful. I paid thousands on a couch and while it is beautiful… it was delivered with a NAIL coming out of the back. I called to complain and the gentlemen who answered was very passive aggressive and was not helpful at all. In fact, he tried to say it could be from me? It’s a nice coming OUT OF the couch. I have children and pets at home. Ashley furniture did not take this matter urgently and have yet to get this resolved. It was just delivered two days ago.

      I ordered a sofa and a delivery date was scheduled. I am being charged a $299.00 delivery fee for a no hassle setup but, however on the website the no hassle delivery fee is now $89.99 (with my same zip code). I called to get a price adjustment and the rep said they can not help me and it’s probably because I live in a different area, so I said to cancel my order. I am supposed to get a call confirming my cancellation but, no one has called me yet.

      This has happened to me before back in April 2020 with a order I paid a $169.00 delivery fee for a no hassle delivery, that was dropped off at my door step due to Covid. I was promised a refund because this type of delivery became free and I was never reversed.

      The Farragut location of Ashley furniture home store has done has us wrong. A salesman told us the couch we wanted was in stock and it wasn’t. We didn’t know that until we drove 40 minutes to the warehouse. And we ordered it 2 weeks ago and there is no update on when it will come. The salesman we were dealing with texted us he couldn’t help because he was fired. So we call to speak to a manager she were told to call back Friday when she will be in??? This place is so awful and we just want our money back.

      I ordered furniture. Delivery was horrible. Once Delivered not what I ordered. Everyone pushed me off to someone else.i have Multiple Sclerosis and the showrooms where not Safe wires everywhere. Salesman left every time I asked a price. Told me with my mobility issues the adjustable base bed lowered to close to floor. Sold next item. Then said well you signed. I signed not knowing the codes in the Paper. Didn't spend Thousands to sleep in my floor because this bed is unsafe for me.

      We purchased loveseat and sofa on April 2023 and paid $2196.45 and additional 239.89$ for protection plan.
      We reported the issue on August 8 2023 that the feathers from the sofa is coming out and the sofa got flatten in just span of 2 months.Also due to this feathers when we seat its hurts.
      We send them pictures and all the details but we are not getting resolution they keep on saying someone will reach out to us from management but no one is responding.


      VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE WITH THEM.

      Please take your sofa back and refund us the money.

      I went and ordered a loveseat from Ashley furniture in Chattanooga, Tennessee … ed was my sales person and he does admit, he put it in the wrong order. Darrell, the manager of the store of Chattanooga Tennessee said that he would make it right I have not heard anything since from him I really hate that because I have ordered two couches in the last three months from them never ever again… I filed a report. The case number is 876418. They are ripping people off. Please pay attention do not order anything from Ashley furniture Juanita

      We purchased powered loveseat and sofa two months ago returning two days later to purchase a new mattress while Ashley Home Store was having a sale. Ashley was offering a gift card with the purchase of the mattress. I've called and called speaking to so many different people and getting as many reasons why I didn't get the card with no one taking the responsibility for not getting the paperwork in, a couple of quick key strokes to make it happen. In stead I keep getting the run around from all the customer service representatives and no solution to the problem. The way we look at it is if we are not getting the card promised and shook hands on(which in Texas is a binding contract) then Ashley has broken the contract and we want our money back and Ashley can come get the mattress that turned out to also be a lie. I'd rather be sleeping on the floor.

      The second most popular furniture company in America, and less expensive than #1 La-Z-Boy, the furniture varies in quality and offers no warranties comparable to La-Z-Boy. Friendly and professional salespeople. The biggest weakness and failure lies in their presumably contracted furniture delivery process. In my case, I was willing to have a four hour delivery window, fair enough. But when a 11:22 am text with my confirmed address said delivery would occur in “approximately 15 minutes” and the delivery did not happen until 1:11 pm, I felt disrespected. The Midatlantic Delivery Services delivery driver (for the Kingstowne road location in Alexandria, VA) said he used his app to send the text, but the text only meant he was going to deliver in the 4 hour window (in his mind). Even after I showed him the text his app generated he just shrugged his shoulders. If you miss a delivery (if they call and you happen to not answer) they will skip you, and your free delivery will now be costly, and if you try to “return” the furniture you will be faced with a 25% restock fee. It almost seems like bad delivery is a profit center for them, though this is mere speculation. Decent products, but how they fail to manage the final customer touch of delivery boggles the mind.

      Worst customer service.
      I bought a table and chairs plus a TV console and paid in full.
      I needed a COI (Certificate of Insurance) at least 2 days prior to delivery to allow for management review. Friday afternoon before the Saturday delivery I received notification that the service person sent it to the wrong address, but she still thought I could take delivery the following day since she sent it (Friday afternoon).

      I called the store multiple times and the warehouse for delivery. Each one tells me to call the other one. After almost 4 weeks of multiple calls I just sent an e-mail asking for a full refund. There is no excuse for such bad service.
