  Remodel Usa inc. I am trying to cancel my home improvement. I have tried to cancel my contract. The company is holding $3000 and will not let me out of it. Contract # ****. Francis * M******. *** ****** *** ******** *** *** ****. The house is in a Non-revokable trust and my two sons will not give me permission to go ahead with this modification of the house. The company has threatened me with a lawsuit for the entire amount of $ 20,287, I missed their cancellation date (3 days). The second salesman told me that I would have to go forward otherwise the company would take me to court and sue me for the full amount. They claimed that it was a matter of the material not being available. The second install was to be done on 6/21/2023 but they failed to show and the material did not show wither. I am sorry to say I can't trust this company for keeping its word. Please help me get my deposit back. .Contacting anyone from the company is almost impossible.

  Steve was very knowledgeable about the product. He provided samples of the shower parts, and answered questions expertly. All in all, David and I were most pleased with Steve's presentation and decided to go ahead with the shower install because of his expertise.

  After signing contract decided price was too high & exercised our right to cancel. Was called/contacted THREE TIMES to attempt to persuade us to change our mind. NOT PROFESSIONAL conduct. (I used to be in sales — you NEVER went back to the customer after they canceled). Requested refund of deposit; was called & told someone would come by “for signatures to expedite refund.” Instead regional manager came to home (no paperwork) & proceeded to bash the company we decided to hire & basically told us we’d be sorry we had canceled. Terrible. Feeling disrespected.

  My salesman was thorough in explaining the Kohler walk-in shower I wanted. I am a senior citizen and was looking specifically with safety in mind. Remodel USA does not follow their own rules. I "finally" got my walk-in shower, but I have yet to see the shower/safety bar which the salesman put in the contract. I feel I've paid for something I did not receive. And the safety factor that I was specifically looking for is still missing. God forbid if I should suffer an accident in the shower.

  We contracted to have our bathroom done. It’s been months and no one calls back. No date has been given as to when the project will start. It was supposed to began late April early May. This is an awful business do not use. We want our money back but cannot get in touch with anyone. Stay clear of this business. Not reputable!!

  Horrible customer service. They refuse to honor their “warranty”. We had a shower installed in January and immediately complained about some of the work. We were told multiple times things would be fixed and even had someone come take photos one time. They have made and missed 3 appointments (days that we took off work) to fix the issues but also told us we can’t fix anything ourselves because it will void the “warranty “. Now they don’t return calls and it looks like they will never fix the issues. Do not use this company! You will spend more than you wanted for subpar work and a non-existent warranty.

  Steve, the salesman, was very thorough in presenting and explaining the shower project that we wanted. In our research before calling Kohler, our opinion was that the product they offered was superior to any other similar provider and this proved to be true. Kohler is a quality product and can literally sell itself, which brings us to our one concern. ReModel USA offers a one year price guarantee, but then adds a discounts if you buy today—and sells that fairly aggressively. We don’t like being pressured to make such a big financial investment without being given at least overnight to think things through. No doubt that this is an industry standard—to save money by not having to revisit a potential customer, leaving the sales rep in an awkward position. We trust that the final install and product will be as good as presented. Time will tell and we’ll let you know.

  This company is very disrespectful. I wanted to cancel they told me they already spent my money on parts which shows they don’t have their own money. After 3 months of waiting they gave excuses about the shower door was not in yet. Finally I got a threatening email telling my I won’t win if I challenge them in getting my money back: however I did get all my money back they took the money and after 3 months I had not product. They kept emailing and texting me still no product and that is how I got my money back. The company have inexperienced people there and it’s best to go with a professional company. I had to send all the threatening text and emails to my bank to show them I received no product just promises and threats.
