      I did not get to deal with anyone. I called to make an appointment to get an estimate. May 6, 2023 at 11:00am. 11:30am came around and no one showed up or called me. I called the person that answered told me she was going to find out what was going on and call me back. The day ended and she never call. This is very unprofessional and a bad sign. Cindy C*****

      We dealt with Chris S. General Sales manager - very personable and professional. Two bathrooms renovated and we couldn't be happier! they are beautiful - craftsmanship and completed projects surpassed out expectations. Installation was efficient and detailed. This has enhanced the value of our home immensely. Great experience with Remodel USA and highly recommended!

      Remodel USA is a very unprofessional company that fails to stand behind their word, neither do they communicate with their customers. I submitted a review regarding the issues below and USA Remodel posted that they will reach out to me. It's been 4 weeks and still nothing no contact. I have called to leave messages and no call backs what so ever.
      My issues are still the Shower pan is the wrong size and is not slip proof which is required for a disable Vet. The shower wall panel was cracked during install, still have a leak in basement from their installed plumbing. The sales person advertised 12 month service and now some other finance company wants their full balance paid ($18, 600) by 6 May 2023, even though the problems have not been corrected. Horrible company, do not use their services. Poor Customer Service. I wish I could leave a half star.

      Great service. They will never stop calling you no matter how many times you tell them to stop. Everyone is a QA but really they are selling you more services. Love the windows I had installed and the installers where excellent!! Everything else has been absolutely poor and annoying!!

      A lady came to my home to talk about putting a shower in my dads home he is 91 and needed a walk-in shower. She said it could be done in a day and 4 men would be there . She said the had a promotion on shelves if I bought a shower I’d get 2 free and any thing else that I needed done to my bathroom all I had to do was buy it like lights new commode new flooring and they would put it in free . I told her I wanted a double shower head because my dad had trouble standing and the hose would help . They came to do the job 2 men showed up and they could bearly talk English it took them 2 days to put it in only one shelf and wrong shower head and I bought new flooring and they left without installing it . The woman told me she didn’t tell me it would take 2 days there was no deal on shelves and I would have to pay for having the flooring put down.

      Very professional and good quality products. Sales rep, Liz, answered all my questions and then some. Even though I did not use their service at the time, I would do so in the future.
