I really like how Forbright seems to treat the people that work there, and how their business practice supports sustainability and renewability in the environment. They also have responsible investment policies that help protect the environment and support our communities. (Stole all this from your website, but that's what I like about you!).

Forbright Bank: Your representative was good. Your system *****. It would not verify my checking account that I have had since 1971!!! Therefore I had to get micro deposits to get my CD $$$ back. I just tried to get that money following the micros and it STILL doesn't work!! I want my money!!!Forbright Bank

I set up a HYSA and was delayed in creating online access (because I was procrastinating). One of the **** called to proactively offer support with getting this set up, since it had been a week since I originally set up the account. They walked me step-by-step through the process and were able to tell me exactly what to do. I can usually figure things out on my own, but this was above and beyond and cut down the time it would have taken. I have never had a bank take the time to do this!Forbright Bank

*********. I ran into an issue and the call center worked very hard to fix the problem (it did end up getting fixed). The rates are good and the mission of Forbright makes me invest my money in Forbright!Forbright Bank
