I opened a Forbright savings account because the interest rate was high, but then a week or two after I opened the account, the rate went down to lower than a savings account I have with another bank. Had I known, I wouldn't have opened the account and would have just deposited the money in my other account. They pull in people with high interest rates, then lower them shortly after. I think that practice is disgusting.

Very happy with them. Had to use customer service as I made a huge blunder on a transfer deposit (Hey! I was a millionaire for a couple of ************* alleviated my panic & all was resolved in a couple of days just as they said. When I've made withdrawals the money was quickly transferred to my regular checking account. **************** was friendly & efficient. She had to go back a few times to research answers to my questions. Called me back at the appointed time. I have nothing but good experiences with this bank.Forbright Bank

I've been using Forbright Bank's Growth Savings account for most of 2024 and have had no issues. I've transferred money to and from my account without a hiccup. When I did have a question, someone quickly picked up the phone.Forbright Bank

5 starsI keep all my savings with Forbright Bank! Their online platform has been very simple to use and getting signed up was very simple. Easy to open account. The process of linking my regular checking account to ********************** was a bit long. I also had to log into my checking account and link ********************** from that end, which was much faster.Forbright Bank

I moved my Forbright Cds to savings account. The staff was very helpful and made the process so easy. I also got help with adding another user and designating an heir. It is very easy to use the online banking and I love the interest rates. Much better than my other savings. Will be moving more $$ to Forbright.Forbright Bank
