      My Geico bill went up $49 last year and $216.00 this year!! They also reported a CLAIM because we asked if we have glass coverage and the Deductible was $500 and the Windshield was only around $375.00. We took care of it ourselves, and Yet Geico Reflected that we filed a Claim. They stated they have an obligation to report the damage and that it hasn't effected our rate. But it wasn't damage that was reported, but that a Claim was filed by Geico, (which effected my insurance rate w other companies) when we Specifically asked that no claim be filed. We spent 45 mins trying to resolve this, and someone was supposed to call us back regarding this matter, it has been over a week. I would not use Geico!!! Switched to a company that was much less!!

      Don't hire Geico! I paid my premiums for auto insurance. I had a small finder bender in a gated, guarded community. That community has cameras that can prove my car was fine when I drove in and not fine when I drove out. I visited Tom Treutlein who is a successful Nuclear Physicist and witness to the accident next to his home. My repair costs are 2571.78. My deductible is 500. So they owe me 2071.78 NOW!!!

      Worst experience ever. I have GEICO and I requested any communication to be written because the phone calls were very stressful and I wanted everything to be in writing for my protection. Now there is zero communication. Car is totaled and they are not giving the amount that the car is worth. Trying to compare it to a vehicle that’s 3k less in value and then taking more money off. Had lease coverage for $30 a day up to $900 dollars total. They gave us a week and declined more days. The accident wasn’t even our fault. Someone else ran a red light. The are as sweet as pie until you need them. Have not heard from them since Monday and it’s Thursday. Tomorrow the lease needs to be returned because of the decline. No money for his car and not extending the lease. Company is a complete joke.

      The canceled my policy without my permission and sent me the policy and personal information of another home owner randomly. It was a huge data leak. I got their entire policy and all of these things were listed:
      The Home owners full legal name
      - Current Address
      - Insured Residence
      - The Bank Name and Loan Number associated with the Mortgage company
      - My Property Managers information had been added to the homeowner's insurance policy without authorization
      - The Homeowners Insurance Policy number and Account Number
      - A detailed description of the specific insurance coverage amounts and effective dates
      - The policy premium number
      - Detailed description of the insured home
      - The name, address, and contact information of the homeowner's insurance company

      July 2021 i got into an accident with another gieco insurance holder. I was not at fault. The other driver admitted to fault on the police report. The driver had liability so did I. A geico adjustor said the check for my car repair was ready to but the at fault drivers agent did not okay the funds to be released. I was was told severals months later that i will not be paid because the at fault driver had liability as well with geico and i should seek a lawyers help.As someone whose was overly nice to them accepted everything they said to me which was a load of ***. i learned from my friends recently that no matter liability or full coverage the at fault policy was supposed to pay me. I even googled. Should've done my research But i guess since the driver was also a geico policy holder they did not want to pay. I paid out of pocket for the repairs. Never will i fall for these types of scam ever again. Always paid on time and was kind while speaking. But its their evil tactics. They dont care about you only your money.

      Complete scam. Three claim adjusters reached out all with different stories and outcomes. The roof of my trailer was damaged due to wind and separated during towing which is covered under the plan but they denied my claim because I don’t Calk my entire trailer even if not needed yearly. The manufacturer suggest inspecting every three months and caulk as neededI I do regular inspections and constant maintenance on my trailer. My claim was denied not only will I be canceling my auto insurance also my home insurance through Geico. What’s the point of having insurance if they try to weasel their way out of paying claims. Say goodbye to a long time customer who has never filed a claim.

      GEICO sucks! I was shopping for a new company. I spoke with Geico they sounded good rate quotes were very good. When we got down to switching I decided at the last minute to exclude my home owners INS and stayed with my existing company.
      GEICO sent a invoice to my mortgagee for the years premium and was paid. I never gave any authorization to them. No signature giving permission. No I'm fighting to get my money back from ******** **** Which is their under writer

      They are the worst insurance company to deal with. They forced an insurance policy on my account for my son who is a new driver which added $3,000 to my premium. Our premiums went from $2,000 for 2 adults per year to &5,000 to add my son - a new driver. When we asked them to remove him from the policy- he’s not even driving a car yet- they refused!!!! They told us that they cannot remove him from the policy until we have proof of insurance with another insurance company. I consider this to be larceny. How can they tell me I have to ensure a driver who is not even on the road yet? They are technically stealing from us with their automatic payments….complete bullshit!!! They would not remove him from the policy until we insured him with someone else.…. And the cost to insure him with somebody else = 1/2 the cost of Geico’s $3000 premium. It only cost $1500. They suck!!!!! Do not insure with them!!!!!

      I was just rear ended by a another driver. I was assigned to an adjuster. The adjuster I’ve called her left numerous messages for her never did she get back to me. I called customer service and spoke to someone named Bruce who told me that I couldn’t change the adjuster and once it’s given to me it’s for me to keep. I explain to him I was a paying customer and if I’m not happy with the adjuster I should be able to get a new one. Bruce basically told me that I will stay with the one that they have a signed me to. I really disapproved of the way Bruce handle the situation with me and I felt that he could’ve spoken to me in a better tone and a different manner. Worst customer experience ever.

      I wouldn't waste my money on a joke of an insurance company again. GEICO has reached the bottom of the barrel with they're poor skill having customer service representatives. My deductible went up without notification and everyone is not on the same page. Not to mention they did not treat me as a loyal customer, I was disrespected and treated like crap being bounced around from one rep to another and lied to. Just throw the whole company away. I am appalled and disgusted with Geico. I bet the geicko lizard is ashamed too.
