      Gieco raised my insurance for no reason and did an unauthorized debit transaction of 78.50 under the Category: Financial on the same date of my authorized transaction. I called them and they are now crediting my account. I recommend finding an insurance company that is loyal to its patrons, not greedy and inept.

      The Geico claims adjuster took two weeks before he came out to look at our damaged car and after that we made 7 calls to try to reach him and left a message each time and he never returned a call. The body shop tried to reach him 5 times with no luck. It took 64 days total to get car back and it should have only taken two weeks. Very poor customer service.

      PLEASE DON'T GET A POLICY WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AS A CURRENT POLICYHOLDER, I DON'T EVEN SEE HOW THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS WITH HOW HORRIBLE THEIR SERVICES ARE, THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE REPS ARE EVEN WORST, THEY'RE SO NASTY,RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!       I been with Geico for over 5 years and everything was good until today when I tried to get my ID card on the application, I log in and I find out that my policy got cancel with out notification ( so I was driven with no insurance for I don't know how long ) and I tried calling many numbers and couldn't talk to anyone only machine.
      I tried to get a new qoute and they ask me for the payment and it says that I won't be insure for 15 days because they have to do a review, I always pay my policy and haven't have an accident for 10 years, they use to be a good company but right now I don't recommend.

      Today I went to Geico to get car insurance. I went through the o line process and was quoted $1300 for car insurance for myself. I entered my cc information and bought the policy. When the confirmation was presented, it said I was charged just under $2000. I immediately called Geico and was told there was nothing they could do. So I cancelled the policy immediately. That's fraud.

      I was backed into and geico paid for the repairs . But the repair shop took longer than expected not Geico fault .. but then I was charged 500 dollars by the rental car company and Geico is not getting back to me for weeks I call them every day and they say they will call back and never do .. this is clearly not something I have any control over and should not have to pay for something that happened to me.

      My father passed away and had renters insurance with Geico. I contacted them and told them he passed away and emailed his death certificate. Now they want FULL copy of his Will. No anyone else's business what is in my fathers Will, every other company was satisfied with copy of death certificate. They plan on just continuing to bill a decreased man.

      My vehicle was stolen a few months back. Every time I called, I got different information about my policy. Found out that the original individual that was involved with my policy Tia was fired, her supervisor Stephanie went on vacation so I had to wait weeks to speak to her (she was rude.) Then when asked to speak to her supervisor Joseph Espinosa, I was never able to get a follow up with him. Called 7 times to keep getting told he was busy and he would call me back. Incurred almost 900 in rental fees from them dragging their feet. Now I'm attempting to cancel it and I keep getting told a different date from the. Overage.

      Geico is the worst! I was on auto pay and auto renew for years and they cancelled my auto insurance without my knowledge after sending one letter in the mail that arrived when I was out of the country. No emails no texts no warning. I only found out when I needed a tow and they would do nothing to help me. I have been with them for 18 years and they were so rude. They cancelled my insurance without properly alerting me to upcoming changes. They dropped me so I would have to re apply and so they could hike up the prices. Screw Geico! They suck!

      I am not sure if I was discriminated or mistreated because I am a woman or because I am not married or because I am a single unmarried woman wanting to add two vehicles to a policy . I have my reason for two vehicles but I was called suspicious by the agent who was going back and forth on the other line with the policy underwriter. However if I was a man would I have been questioned for having 2 cars ? Complete and utterly disrespected as well as canceling my policy and trying to charge for an additional month .
