  I'm just so done with this company. I have no idea how they continue to operate since they are really a scam in my opinion. There is absolutely no communication.... they never respond to emails or phone calls. I also feel like so many of the "leads" are fake to make you feel like you are getting business. I've been trying to stop service for months.....still haven't been able to reach anyone. I'm going to contact my bank and try to report the monthly charge as fraud since I have no idea how else to do this.

  I had the Knot and WeddingWire back from March - May-ish I told them I can't afford it anymore I lost my job, I asked to get removed and cancel my subscription. It took weeks trying to get in touch with my account Manager, she was giving me the run around and everyone else I spoke to said they can't change my information. I finally got on with her and she said with a attitude she did take us off. Why now November I get a email about someone asking me about my rental in Wedding Wire then I see that my bank statement isn't adding up. They have been charging ever since the Summer when I asked to be removed. I have a lot of bills that are automatic that come us so, I didn't notice but this is crazy. PLEASE DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON AND NEVER AGAIN. I HATE THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THESE MANY MONTHS AND NEVER NEW, AFTER I TOLD HER MY SITUATION I CAN'T AFFORD IT SHE NEVER TOOK ME OFF. I PUT IN A ORDER TO REPLACE MY CARD SO THEY CAN'T CHARGE ME AGAIN, PLUS BY THE WAY I TRY CALLING SUPPORT AND NO ANSWER SO THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION. Also too, Wedding Wire had alot of scam email and the Knot too. I would get excited someone reaches out, I would send numerous emails and crickets. They get you excited for nothing. I will never use them again, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

  DO NOT give these people your vendor hard earned money. I have great pictures and my site is really nice HOWEVER in 8 months not a single referral. except five scam's...

  STAY AWAY! If we could give ZERO stars, we would. I have not had a single conversation with them after we signed the contract that was comforting in any way.
  
  Prior to starting our contract we voiced our concerns with their platform based on the countless reviews that we have read online, most of which were negative, and most of which were related to false leads, bot leads, etc. Of the 88 "leads" in our 12 months, I believe only 3 were actual couples.
  
  Their sales rep told us that there were sweeping changes in their system and that our concerns with the false leads were no longer an issue. We were lied to, flat out. We were mis-led. And worse, we were ghosted once we reached out to better understand the difference between what we were led to believe from our rep and what we were experiencing in reality.
  
  One full year later, and a thankful end to the excruciatingly long contract, and I am even more disappointed now than I was after I realized this is a scam. The lack of human touch is appalling. Spend your advertising dollars elsewhere.

  As a Supplier, they falsely promoted what they advertised and how leads would be filtered. I asked on numerous occasions for my business to be removed from their site but they refused. My business does not represent what WeddingWire and The Knot do. I do not mislead my clients, or give them false promises. Misinformation, false advertising and scams. It is oversaturated. I have partnerships with other Wedding Websites and they do not run their business at all like the scam the The Knot does.

  The Wedding Wire/The Knot seemed to be the best choice for me to advertise my new DJ service. The salesperson suggested that I use their premium package, for $316.00 a month. I did receive emails from would be clients, and I replied back with my response. I never received a response back, only crickets. When I called the company and voiced my dissatisfaction, the salesperson offered me a cheaper option of $100.00 per month. I accept that. The straw that broke the camels back was I did receive an email from a client and when I responded back to her she stated that she never use this company nor was she getting married. That’s when a red flag came up.

  I signed contract last year 2022 in sept, the 2nd days i realized the Knott wedding wire is total BIG scam. the reason TKWW not gain business for you when sign up the lowest package with $212 i did request cancel the contract before 72hrs but got denied.
  Since the whole year i received 18 emails from a potential client ONLY! which IS nothing move forward, i am not sure that is the robot email or AI email :( …. well to the point i gave up rely on TKWW, i designed to cancel my account and try contact my account manage with 3emails + 2phone call still can't get hold with her :( i am totally disappoint TKWW, it 100% not helpful to a small business, when it start chat with the salesmen a year ago! they keep brain wash you how good & support they are, and will provide to help you grow your business. after you signed the contract then you will feel the pain :(
  
  Currently i am wishing myself of luck to successfully able to reach out MY account manager to terminate my account ASAP, i don't want to pay any penny to this SCAM wedding portal. which is my contract will be end of this September, it just wasting my time and $$$$$$$ ....... Oh I saw few other 5starts review here because they are paying BIG dollars to advertise and properly that work for those vendor. But unfortunately TKWW not a good fit to small vendors when you select lower package. Not worth to try!

  I am on my 5th month of a 12 month contract with wedding wire/the knot as a vendor, and I haven’t received anything but scams. I get almost one daily. They don’t have any specific venues and even dates for their ceremony.
  
  Three months ago I broke my ankle and I have gotten two surgeries. My medical bills are piling up and when I reached out to finalize my contract, they said there was nothing they could do. So there. I am paying $250 monthly for a full year of absolutely no work, countless scams, and very bad leadership on their part.

  They are a complete scam!! Regrettably, I have observed a consistent and alarming lack of business support, resulting in subpar outcomes and an insufficient return on my investment. I must express and emphasize my disappointment with the unnecessary and unprofessional emails I have received from them. They do not deliver what they promise and expect you to pay when all they provide are ways for you to get scammed. There are many bots on this platform that are shown as “leads” in reality they are just there to make it look like one is receiving traffic on their listing. You also receive many scam email leads. I have been deeply troubled by the demeanor and conduct of certain representatives, including Abbie. The rudeness and disrespect I have encountered throughout our interactions are unacceptable and far removed from the professional standards that should guide any business relationship.

  I have been catering both in Pittsburgh, and now in Jacksonville Florida where I am one of the busiest wedding caterers and number one at five of the top venues, thanks in part to Wedding Wire. It is by far the best marketing tool I have had in years. I would definitely recommend to any catering company, and especially to those trying to grow their business faster.
