So IMPRESSED! The earrings and pendant I purchased are gorgeous - exactly as pictured. Equally impressive is the packaging they came in. I am saving them to give to my daughter as either a college graduation present next year or possibly engagement/wedding gift (if I can keep the secret that I have them that long - LOL!) and I cannot wait to see her face when she opens them. My order was supposed to ship on June 26th but on the 26th it changed to the 27th. Then on the 27th it changed to the 28th and on and on until it was finally shipped on the 30th. Then there was a delay with FedEx because they were missing information from James Allen which cause further delays. I was supposed to receive the package on July 4th but it didn't come until the 9th. Then I received the wrong ring. Someone reached out to me to notify me of the issue last week and I'm still waiting for a resolution.JamesAllen.com

They delete bad reviews, I wrote one and realized it wasn't showing up. Went back 55 pages and all reviews were 5 starts all 100% of the 55 pages. They are using an algorithm to make sure only good reviews show.
They do not offer any warranty! Read it! You will pay for all repairs so better get insurance with low deductible if you buy from them because I promise your ring will get damaged and break.JamesAllen.com
