      Absolutely beautiful oval stud diamond earrings from my husband. Picked out matching diamonds and had them set in 14 my gold. They are stunning! The customer associate from James Allen was very helpful.

      I have bought tons of jewellery. I mostly bought it from **** because I thought I was getting the best deal. Then I had James Allen make me three rings. I never thought that the quality would be so different. I’m telling you if you want quality that is unparalleled, go with JA.

      Great service and quality.
      Delivered on time as promised and the solitaire diamond ring is exquisite. The "presentation" of the large box containing smaller ring box, with a pull out drawer containing diamond certs, polishing cloth, and thank you letter. Highly recommend

      Awesome experience!! Online views with lots of choices and filters that really help to narrow down your choice options. Can also compare earth diamonds and lab diamonds side by side to help make your decision. The process was simple and made easier by the ability to check in on progress. Delivered on time as promised and they are exquisite earrings! Lastly, the "presentation" of the large box containing smaller ring box with a pull out drawer containing diamond certs, polishing cloth, and thank you letter!! She was overwhelmed by this and shared it over and over again with friends and family! I will definitely recommend James Allen and will use them again!

      James Allen never fails to please. This was my fourth purchase, and each time a thorough search of the market brought me back to James Allen. The quality stands out, and the same diamonds would cost me much more at retail stores. Even when responding to unusual requests, customer service is always courteous and prompt .

      We llooked around for a while to find a diamond anniversary band. James Allen had a good selection and great quality that I felt comfortable shopping online. The ring arrived in a box with the paperwork placed in the lower area. Very smart! The ring was stunning! It sparked and shines! One of my sons said it shone so bright it was blinding! Lol. I got the higher quality 1 carat 9 stone anniversary ring which helps set off my diamond solitaire. I have a size 8 ring which works nicely with this particular ring. I also want to say that the price was very reasonable compared to all the other places we looked. James Allen is the best!
