Every step was priceless. Unfortunately I have to return because my ring is giving off engagement which its nnot. Have two different thoughts about replacement just have to reach out to customer service before my 30 days are up

I looked at a few different jewelry companies to find the best price and perfect size. I ended up choosing James Allen from looking at reviews and them having a sale on lab grown diamonds. I am beyond happy with my choice. I spent so much time on the size because I wanted something slightly bigger than my second hole but not huge for every day wear.

4 starsThe ring quality is great, the all natural ruby I propose with to my fiancé was far from what I wanted. However the staff helped me so much with getting the replacement gem that I can’t help but commend them on great customer service. I do wish the website had more accurate pictures of the gem or the bands in different lightings, which would help in the selection process. The second go around for the ruby selection went splendid and we couldn’t be happier. There are issues with getting any of the rings requested engraved, even with the staff specifically putting it in, but overall good service.
