      the rings that we had originally ordered were beautiful although, i do think it would’ve been better had we seen the rings in person as it is a hit or miss at times due to the size of your hands and the engagement ring you have. the customer service was also great! they were responsive and accommodating. highly recommend

      I ordered our engagement rings and wedding bands from James Allen in 2014. On our 10th-year anniversary, we sent the rings back to be resized in their original wooden ring boxes.
      We were horrified when the resizing was complete and the rings were sent back in different plastic ring boxes. They had tossed out our original wooden ring boxes on our 10th-year anniversary. I contacted customer service right away. Ultimately, they said there is nothing they can do, and they refuse to compensate me in any way. They even insulted me by saying that their replacement boxes have been given, so there is nothing they can do. To quote their Customer Support, "Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can offer as new boxes have been provided to you." and "It is highly recommended not to send sentimental items back as new packaging is provided." They more or less told me that it was MY FAULT for sending the rings to them in the original ring boxes and it was MY FAULT that they tossed out my property with great sentimental value.
      Never shopping at James Allen ever again, and I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND James Allen.

Our packaging has changed since you placed your original order with us and your rings were returned to you in our current signature red James Allen ring boxes. We no longer have a regular inventory of the wooden color ring boxes, however management is in contact with our headquarter office to see if there are any additional boxes of that color to provide to you.

      I was a little hesitant ordering jewelry over the internet but was very happy when I received the diamond anniversary ring. It was well packaged including documentation. The price was right, the quality is excellent, and it is absolutely beautiful. My wife loves it, and she can't stop looking at how it sparkles. I am very satisfied with the purchase and would not hesitate to purchase from James Allen again.

      I absolutely loved my new studs. I was a bit hesitant, but I read all the reviews and the hype is real. First of all, they left me in awe with the packaging, such a detailed, qualify packaging. And the studs look even better than what I expected. Super happy with my purchase, can't wait to buy more jewelry from here.

      Great service and fast shipping just days before Christmas. I live on the East Coast but was leaving for the West Coast over the holidays and needed a necklace for my wife shipped there with arrival before Christmas, and it got there flawlessly. I'd never heard of JamesAllen, but when my wife opened the gift, my two daughters-in-law (30 and 28 and in-the-know on fashion stuff) instantly went, "Oh, JamesAllen, that's a great place!"
