The piece itself is beautiful and my wife loves it. The necklace arrived with a knot in the chain. I notified customer service to advise of the large tight knot and what to do about it. Advised I could mail it back, at my expense, but to expect four to six weeks for repairs, or could take it to a local jewelry for repairs at my expense. However, if there was a ***** jewelry nearby and associated with James Allen they would repair at no cost. I wasn't really pleased with the answer I got, and the customer service person wasn't the most pleasant person I have ever spoken with.
I'm really sorry of the service I received. I really liked their merchandise and had plans of doing more business with them. However, I think I'll pass on James Allen in the future.JamesAllen.com

My husband purchased the martini earrings for my Christmas present. The earrings arrived and they are absolutely gorgeous. This is not the first purchase we have made with James Allen. Ordered a platinum setting diamond engagement ring with matching wedding band. Both rings are absolutely gorgeous. My fiancé is ecstatic with the quality of the ring.
