Bought two sets of small, natural diamond stud earrings for young teens in my family. Each youngster loved them. Trying to show them the wisdom of saving up and getting real jewelry rather than the relatively expensive, brand-name costume jewelry that the youngsters see faddishly promoted on social media. James Allen shipped promptly, in time for the holidays. I've also purchased a diamond engagement ring from James Allen and that experience was positive as well. Would recommend to others.

Quality and service has been good so far. I have ordered twice - diamond earrings and 2 necklaces. My only issue is that sometimes a full description of the item is not available and when I reached out to the seller for more information they weren't able to provide the information.
No concerns with the online process or delivery - have been great both times, including one time when I needed to return the original necklace for something else.JamesAllen.com

The engagement ring we purchased was actually purchased as a 50 year anniversary ring. It is more beautiful in person, as pictures never give the actual beauty of most things. I’m keeping an eye on discounts for possible purchase of wedding ring to compliment it. I would recommend your company to anyone looking for quality and great service.JamesAllen.com

A little concerned at first of making this kind of purchase on line. No concerns any longer. The diamond was spectacular and with the evaluation and ratings included it confirms what you are getting but the sparkle also verified. I purchase 3 design your own diamond necklaces for our granddaughters future weddings. Might seem like way to much planning but you never know how long you'll be around. We wanted them to have something special to wear their wedding day. These necklaces with their shear sparkle will add a beautiful glow to the gleaming bride!
