      The day of our window install started with 6” of new snow. Was our shoveling the driveway when installers arrived. To my amazement the volunteered to finish shoveling the driveway. Great start and it was that way though out the process. Dustin explained everything and when he seen any concerns it was brought to my attention. They worked very efficiently installing all 23 windows even when the snow stopped and turned into freezing rain. The keep every area clean and did a great job cleaning up the outside when finished. Even replaced areas of rotten wood and replaced as necessary. All worker’s were pleasant and answered all concerns in detail of the installation process. Would recommend them to anyone. Planning of future projects with them

      Window Nation communicated with me during the entire process of my window order. The installation of my windows was done by an experienced expert team. I would not be able to tell they were here because they cleaned up behind themselves. Also they allowed me to watch the installation and answered all the questions I asked with a smile. This was definitely a positive experience. I would highly recommend Window Nation to everyone.

      I really enjoyed having Window Nation install my new windows. From Tom, the salesman who explained and demonstrated everything well, presented options and prepared me for the process that would follow. I received regular email communication about the estimated arrival date of my windows. What’s better? They came a couple days earlier than estimated. The installer Jorge and his crew were very professional and cordial. They fixed my windows neatly and left no single mess behind. I am very happy with this experience.

      The guys were out here exactly when they said they would which was great! They called ahead to let us know. When they got here they walked through checked measurements and got to work and it didn't take them long at all to put all of our new windows in! We had Dustin, Jason and another gentleman whose name is slipping my mind currently. They were all very friendly and we are very satisfied with window nation and the crew that was sent! Not to mention our beautiful new windows!!! Thank you so much!!

      Clear and concise sales presentation by the sales person, outstanding updates on the progress of the build of our windows and the planned installation. Install team were on time professional, and did a great job and it was like they were never there because everything was cleaned up and all we had was beautiful views outside our new quiet, warmer fantastic windows.

      One of the worst experiences I have had. Windows were not installed properly...screw heads showing on installed windows, some windows have hole plugs(proper install) some windows do not. Some windows are damaged, some have the backed-on paint chipping off and I was told they would be touched up, they need replaced. Black caulking on tan siding that won't come off and Customer service....poor. I have complained in a couple emails sent to me and no one of substance has reached out. I was talked to like I was an idot by one "manager" I have been around this business for 25 years I know a little about it. I had a walkthrough a week after install and complaints from install with PICs. They took notes and did not have me sign anything in agreement as to what and how things were going to be addressed. I was just informed today a week after contacting my sales rep...who has been great, that the Service Manager quit and took the notes of what was some items that needed fixed. Now back to square 1 because stuff was probably never ordered. Now we are in limbo. With the lack of contact from WN and me having to reach out....shows they really don't care about their customers. They were quick to get their money from the lender though! So much to say but Its to frustrating. $40k worth of windows waisted. I would not recommend this company I will say only positive is Christian J***. He is the sales rep who wants to help.

      Everyone at Window Nation was professional and helpful. The windows seem well built and the installation crew was punctual and kept the working area clean. The framing around the windows were not consistent with the windows next to it and can be seen from the street, very disappointed. They offered to remedy the situation and I accepted. I would not recommend Window Nation for windows. I paid $1000 per window and the installation was subpar. I honestly believe the the installation lowered the value of the house. Oh, I forgot to mention they put five large holes in my siding that they weren't going to address. They told me water won't get into the holes.
