My wife and I had 16 windows replaced by Windows Nation and it was the biggest waste of money we have ever spent on our home! After 7+ months still haven't passed inspection. Every window has drafts! The windows that didn't pass inspection, is bowed and their install manager/coordinator came out,seen it, said he was gonna order a new one and it would be 6-8wks........haven't heard anything from him in over 4mo. After numerous calls, nothing but the same story....."oh we're very sorry sir. we will pass this along as a priority and some one( sometimes they actually give you a name) will be contacting you within a day or two." A response is never received. Just some lingo to pacify you and get you off the phone. My advise......don't buy anything from these people! Get it yourself and install it, it's the same product and you'll probably do a better job! Even if you've never done it before! If Window Nation fixes my windows...I'll change me review. If I could give them 0 stars or even negative..I would!Window Nation, LLC

Window Nation installed the wrong type of windows. When I called customer service, they said they wouldn't do anything about it and that I'm stuck with them. Wouldn't even offer a discount. I called customer service at least 20 times, due to them not getting back to me and because of all the problems with their windows and installations. Window nation claims they only install one window at a time to prevent cool or hot air leaving the house. They were installing 3 windows at a time. They also claim they measure every window to the cm. They didn't even measure all my windows. They also left nails and metal shards around the house. They got caulking on my carpet. They didn't bring enough framing material so they put different outdoor cheap frames on my back window. This is by far the worst window company I have every experienced. They take no responsibility for their mistakes and they won't even attempt to make it right once they got your money.Window Nation, LLC

DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE!!! Windows nation has the worst customer service!! Everyone has a different story as well for your problem. My husband and I were not happy with how the windows looked (after paying $11k), and they told us "that's just how they come from the manufacturer". That's a piece of bull crap. Then we were told "it's how they are constructed for the rain", even though some have seamless framing (how they should look) and some do not. We have called so many times and are told a supervisor will call us. NOT ONCE has a supervisor called. They also cut our bedding while covering our furniture on the day of installation. Guess who's responsible? NOT windows nation! Lastly, they finally arranged a date to bring new parts for our windows (separate issue) and when the service guy got here he said "our windows look fine" and never installed the new parts (what?). Spend your money somewhere else! I never complain but I am so undone with this company that I felt it was worth a review in hope to save others from being robbed of their money too! RUN, and RUN FAST!!!!!!!Window Nation, LLC

Bad quality windows, terrible customer service. Every time I call, no one gets back to me. I do not want to hear that they are working on it. If they are, how come I know nothing and no one calls back or shows up. We had an appointment set, and due to the weather, I initiated a call to tell them we could postpone the appointment till better weather comes, I thought I was being courteous, they told me that if I hear nothing, the technician will show up or he will call to reschedule. No one calls, no one shows up, I call again the next day to get an answer why no one called or showed up, I am told that I will get a call back, no one calls, I am frustrated. I realize that it is the holiday season, but we paid a lot of money for replacement windows that are badly leaking air, have condensation with water dripping onto our window sills, and they failed to insulate around the windows. Now we have really cold spots around our windows as well. And we had to pay money for this. Our old windows performed just as well. We had three other windows replaced by another company a year before and all of their windows function perfectly. Air tight seal, insulated around the window, no condensation. We should have had them come back. Stay away from this company and look else where.Window Nation, LLC

We had all our windows replaced in Sept. 2022. Cost us over $15,000 due to a false advertising finance advertisement that did not offer the free financing over 3 years. While I trusted the good reviews anyway, we went with them anyway. Since the install, we have had numerous problems with these windows. I can see why they give so many free incentives, cause their windows SUCK , and installation was horrible too. One window had a jacked up screen. 2 of the sashes had to be replaced.
First winter storm today, and all I feel through more than half our windows including our very expensive patio door is collllddd air coming through various gaps and seals or should I say not sealed areas of the window. So either the windows were made cheaoly, or the installers cut corners and did not insulate them properly. Either case, we're very upset with these windows. Wish I would have went with ***** or ******. Sometimes, it's worth paying more than to have crappy, cheaply made windows.
I will never buy or recommend Window Nation to anyone. Wish I could get my old windows back, but I know that's not possible. However, getting at least half my money back for them should be what this awful, ripoff company should give me.
Looking for new windows, do not get them at Window Nation. Worst Window Company ever!☹

Our window installation is now complete, but it took 8 months to resolve the issues! I called the company many times about 2 windows I was having issues with, left many messages to no avail. Window National makes many promises but once they have your money you are a forgotten customer. Make sure you do your homework and research the company because they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau as they state on their paperwork and they have had over 500 complaints!Window Nation, LLC

Unfortunately, like many other companies across industries we are still dealing with supply chain delays as result of the covid-19 pandemic. The project has not been completed and we are far from thrilled. Install was on 9/14. The installation team installed 3 broken screens, got spray foam on our newly renovated kitchen walls and installed the wrong sashes. The installers then left without mentioning anything to us, letting us find all the mistakes on our own. I emailed our sales rep pictures immediately but did not hear back by the next day. I called the office and was told to send pictures again in an email. We were told a coordinator would call us, that never happened. I had to call back a week later to ask what's going on. We were told the screens were ordered but nothing about the repairs. We were told again someone would call to set that up. Again, that never happened and I had to call back. I've called at least 10 times. Always promised to get a return call from a coordinator within 48 hours, never happening though. Then in November we were told the parts were never actually ordered and they would now put the order in. We were originally told they would be back the first week of OCT to replace the wrong parts.
