      Briefly summarized:
Purchased in October, '22, installed April '23. Window Nation installed their level 2 of 3 windows in our home.
In January, '24 frost and ice appeared in 12 of 15 windows. NUMEROUS phone calls through a maze of the most inept customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with FINALLY resulted in setting up a service call.
Expect a sales call to follow.
Wait for it...It was determined window "Bulbs" were needed. Two to three weeks to get the parts. The service tech also tried to say it was a humidity issue, windows need to be raised 6". Get the picture? Don't even go there. Homeowner for 17 years, humidity levels are monitored, HVAC serviced bi-annually, and this never happened with the original windows.
Finally the big day arrives only to discover one third party repair person shows up with weather stripping and no bulbs.
The pattern continued..Calls go nowhere, emails unanswered. Corporate delegated the issue to Romeoville, IL. Two personal visits to their office and...NOTHING.
Seeking compensation even corporate admitted I received a "Bad Batch" and six months later the run around continues.
It looks like this will go to court: Defective windows, poor seals, defective safety locks, improper installation.

The worst service experience I have ever had. The installer took 3 days to install 4 windows. They installed a broken window in my kitchen which took months to have replaced. My windows were installed in January, and I had to call Window Nation several times over 6 months to come out for leaks. I was told there was rotting wood around the window however the salesmen stated that they would replace any rotten wood during installation. Every time I call with issues it takes weeks to get an appointment and the leak keeps coming back. I called to talk to someone about ongoing issues and was transferred 4 or 5 times then I was told to leave a voicemail with someone that never called back.

Was a great friendly & professional service from beginning to end! Install crew was phenominal. Super courteous and knowledgeable. When they finished up the cleaned up & couldnt even tell they had swapped out all the windows and a new patio door as well. Highly recommend these people for any window or door needs. Thanks again.

Window Nation installed my windows over a year ago and after 10+ visits the installation is still not correct and after the Romeoville manager Michael got fired. I was told that it would be resolved within five day's by Steven new manager or area manager after we agreed to a $6500 credit. I never heard from him and have been calling multiple times ever month that was 5 months ago and nothing has been resolved still. I asked for a direct number or email, I was told only way to get a hold of them was to leave a message and expect a call within 48 hours. No one has contacted me from donation in five months. I have left messages for my project manager Andrea I have left messages for Steven. I have filled out complaints online for window donation and have resulted to zero contact and zero resolve after paying $19,000. Lifetime Warranty has also been voided. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with.

I was offered a $100.00 restaurant gift card IF I HAD window nations sales representative come to my home and provide me with an estimate within 2 days. I did that and STILL after 7 weeks I have yet to receive it. I was given a number to a company called Restaurant.com BUT it was the wrong number. Still waiting.

Posting a complaint here since Window Nation is no longer responding to any emails. When we purchased our windows earlier this year we were sold on the windows but also informed we would receive a travel cruise voucher for our purchase. Windows were scheduled, installed and they look great. Fast forward a few months later and despite using the vacation promotion as an incentive to purchase the windows, they are not honoring it. I reached out to Kim Petty at Window Nation and have been told that the information has been forwarded to their promotions department. I’ve reached multiple times to Kim and the promotions department and no one responds. Be warned if you go with window nation and they try to sell any incentive to go with the purchase because they have yet to honor any of it.

My complaint is the same as I see right before mine, I was told that I would have NO PAYMENTS due for 24 months and then I find out my payments are due in 3 months. I am a 68 year old widow with limited income and I CANNOT afford this, apparently this is happening to other people. They are ******** people, false advertisement.

This will be lengthy but let me first start off by saying that the one star is not entirely for the installation of the windows and more so for their deceptive sales tactics.
We had 13 windows installed by WN and they aren’t 100% perfect but they are fine. However, the sales rep that came to our home had a presentation that was well over 2 hours long. He arrived at 6pm and the entire process didn’t end until 9pm. We didn’t even hear a price until at least 2 hours in.
So after the presentation we are met with the price as well as the “sign now discount”. At this point we liked the product and the price so we did it and just wanted him to finally leave.
We applied for financing with the sales rep through window nation (service finance company) and that process It’s self was fine. However fast forward now two years and we are looking to sell our home and purchase a new one.
To our suprise, it turns out the loan they had given us was a form of a home equity loan. This was never explained to us, the loan documents were typical of any standard financing documents with the language absolutely buried in it.
Now is some of this on us for not reading and questioning every single line of the contract? sure. But keep in mind we are well over 2.5hrs in at this point, after working all day and not having a chance to eat any dinner. But this was not explained whatsoever by the sales rep or anyone and now this loan results in a second lien on our house making it very difficult to get approvals for another mortgage.
This type of sales tactic is reminiscent of timeshare sales making people buy just to get rid of you. Something of this magnitude should be explained to the consumer not buried in a contract
