  False advertisement. Window Nation claims you receive a gift card for referring someone. I’ve called 4 times and am always told they will “send an email to that department”. I have been told we would have the gift card in two weeks multiple times and it never comes. Also they advertise a vacation or cruise after purchasing windows. This is paid for by you and it’s the going rate not discounted. Also false advertisement. Very bad costumer service. I never received the correct windows but just gave up and decided the ones I have are fine. The only positive was the install team. They were very professional and efficient.

  My wife called Window Nation for a quote. An outside call center responded and proceeded to ask questions that had no bearing on windows, but rather trying to gather a profile to sell to other companies. How long in the house? What is wrong your windows? Do you own the house???? Do you have the deed to the house, and provide it. Are you single, married or living with someone? Provide their name and phone number. My wife became very uncomfortable with the barrage of questions, and discontinued the line of questioning that had pretty much no bearing on the getting a quote for a replacement windows. This call center called later (different phone number) in the day and insisted that there are only few more questions and they would be willing to make an appointment. She hung up.

  I have 7 windows that are foggy. These are double pane windows with dividers between the 6 panes. Window Nation is telling me to clean them. That is not possible since the area that gets foggy is between the panes. When the fog dries it leaves dry spots on the panes. This makes the windows unclean. This is totally unacceptable.
  This is poor quality windows and poor service.

  Our windows arrived several weeks ahead of schedule, which was fantastic. The installation crew was efficient, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up every spec of dust from the demo and installation, which really meant a lot to me. The new windows are absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier with them. We only replaced the windows in our living room, but moving forward we are going to replace the rest of the windows in our house and will only go with Window Nation.

  The install guys were in and out .. knew their stuff about the windows and answered all our questions. Professional and neat. would recommend them to anyone needing windows. Been installed for over a week now and all o=is good

  This has been a absolute disgrace of a company. A few reasons. I placed my order, the crew came out to install, didn't have all the parts and I LOST window view because the design of windows 2inches width and length doesn't seem much,but my back part of house faces wooden land and that's a significant amount. The install was June 28th 2024, I still do not have the parts to open the windows, the screens do not open for me to clean the windows, one screen has a slit in it, windows sent a guy out to look at my screens and he told me, the screens are not designed to come out. you need to clean the windows from outside, THE WINDOWS ARE IN THE SECOND STORY!! I'm supposed to get a ladder and clean them! I have called and sent a few emails and have not heard back. Oh, I've received the bill, should of been interest free wasn't! again, called left messages have yet to hear back from anyone. At this point I'm assuming I should contact a lawyer for unfinished work and being billed for a job done that technically is not.

  Window Nation seemed to be a good company. The sales representative was very nice. I asked him about the sale that was running in May, “If you buy two windows, you get two windows free.” I brought two windows and did not get two free. The sales representative stated, “They don’t do that, they say that to get you to call.” So now I am thinking they are false advertising. That was the first clue that this is not a good company.
  The latch on my screen door was not locking so I called Window Nation and explained, and a tech came out to repair it. Instead of just ordering a new latch he tried to fix it and ended up drilling additional holes in the door! It looks so awful. So tacky and why would he think I would accept this repair botch up of a job is beyond me! Once the tech inspected the latch, I told him to leave it as it was and when the new one comes in just come and replace it. He would not listen. He continued to attempt to correct against my wishes and now my new screen door is destroyed! I called Window Nation and explained that I would now need a new screen door and sent in photos of the awful job this tech did. Window Nation said that they would have to review and would contact me back.
  I waited a week. Window Nation did not call me or email me. That was the second clue of this company not being a good one, no call back! I called several times to inquire what was happening with the replacement of my screen door to no avail. I was told by the call center representative that they would send an email asking for the supervisor/team lead to call me, and nobody called me. The call center representative informed that they can only send an email and that there is not a contact number for them or customers to call.
  Once they get your payment in full, they ignore your calls and inquiries. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
  I am so disappointed in this company and the service.

  The windows are very low quality and miss-represented!! i had a 665 sq inch kitchen window that was replaced with a 403 sq inch double hung. 39% less viewing area. They said thats what happens when you go with them! I asked for a better option and was told I would have to give them $2600 more for the one window! What a ****! Called customer care and was told Nothing they are willing to do!
  The window smaller size was miss-repesented big time! Tell Others - Buyer beware with window nation!!!

  The service I received from Window Nation OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! from beginning to end the measures was on point on ALL THE ELEVEN WINDOWS. THE INSTALLERS was the best top of the line guys you can ask for. They was patient and did each window PERFECTLY to my PERFECTION !!!! I’m NJOYING the NEW LOOK and I can see clearly NOW that the BAD WINDOWS ARE GONE GONE GONE !!! THANKS WN THE WHOLE TEAM ???? GREAT JOB ??
