      I currently reside in Metroplace in Camp Springs. Before Bozzuto took over our property I was in communication with the previous property management team for an in-house transfer. Their very first week I informed the property manager of this pending transfer and even offered to provide proof of communication. On Feb 24th, the “property manager” informed me that I was eligible for a transfer, advised the amount or the transfer fee and started she would follow up with me--- weeks went by and a follow up wasnt provided until I actually walked in the office. Tricia also advised that in a few months, the units would increase. I requested a follow-up as soon as possible to avoid any issues. On March 24th, the same “property manager” advised of a 30 day notice requirement, a security deposit and advised that I would need to reapply but my credit would not be ran as a current tenant with good rental hisorty. On Saturday, March 25th I viewed the model I was interested in, informed the young lady that I wanted it, and asked for a follow-up upon return on Monday. On Tuesday, March 28th I called the office numerous times and never received a follow-up-- just the constant response that she was busy. The young lady on the phone made no attempt to actually help me or even inquire about what I needed. On Wednesday, March 29th, I called again and finally was able to speak to the pleasant leasing agent that showed me the unit, she suggested I email her and she’d respond faster. I emailed the “property manager” Trina and inquiries about an update. When an update was finally received, the transfer fee was $1,000, there was a statement about my credit again, and the unit increased from $2019 to $2400. As a current tenant that's been getting the run around for almost 60 days, I am disheartened that when an update finally provides the renr has jumped in 3 days. After my initial conversation, the previous rate should have been acknowledged.

      I am a resident of Meriel Marina Bay. This has been a nightmare situation since I moved in. The day I moved in, the apartment was filthy. Dog hair from a previous resident riddled the apartment, and no matter how many times I vacuumed the carpet, I couldnt get it all out. After a while, management finally replaced the carpet, and in the process of doing so, dinged up my burrow. There is a resident who uses the gym as her place of work as a personal trainer. She has non residents come and pay her to use the small gym in the building, making it difficult for anyone else to be in there with them. Management has effectively done nothing to stop this. The first 10 months of living here, I could hardly hear the neighbors above me (who had a newborn baby), and since they moved out I hear nonstop banging and stomping around. I residents above me constantly bang on the floor (intentionally) and management tells me their hands are tied. I have spoken with other residents who have mold in their apartments and constant water coming in from windows. This is the worst run business I have ever seen.

      I have lived in the Watertown Mews for two years. After the first year my rent went up 4% and the second year a whopping 15%!! This is unconscionable and if I see this happening again, then I will move!

      I am a past employee of Bozzuto and when I tell you this was the worst experience that I have ever had and I have been in property management for 6 years. I was hired with Bozzuto at a Boston property and was lied too about what their delinquency was ( which is my entire job) and was also lied too about a shooting that had happened a week prior. When i started working there, my property manager knew less than I did and the staff was not trained properly. I was constantly being asked how to do things the right way by my manager and not being paid for this. At the time I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and the staff below me was so fed up with the company and our manager that they had both quit within a month of each other which left me alone, pregnant working almost every single day lifting heavy packages and doing back to back tours in the middle of the summer which had caused distress and discomfort during my pregnancy. Not to mention they denied my maternity leave for being 40 hours short of the requirement after i had asked 3 months earlier which I could’ve worked those missed hours to meet the minimum but no one had responded to me for months. To top it off, after I put in my notice they failed to pay me my owed commissions for 2 months and was unresponsive. Once receiving my final check after months of waiting it was $200 less than what it should be. I will be contacting my lawyers at this point to deal with the situation directly because Bozzuto does not care for their employees. I will NEVER recommend someone to work for this company as they will never be trained properly and just put in poor situations where they are unable to grow.

      The company creates a hostile living environment. They are using tenants' health to torment them at that time. I was never late on rent, but they knew I was extremely sick and they used that time to reverse payments and act like I never paid them. Later on, they admitted to reversing them, then took it back and blamed it on my financial institution. I spent countless hours sick on the phone and running around to understand the reversals. The best part is that those reversals never came back to any of my accounts or are pending anywhere. My financial institution has provided multiple documents to be about various procedures they follow and how the reversals are not plausible at all at the time that they happened. They obviously manipulated something. On top of that, they sent me an eviction notice and ruined my clean profile. But, this is just the latest. Luckily I have so many recordings of their shady business. Listening through them is quite painful actually. Just shows how unethical they are. Before the rent reversals, they turned off my internet and toilet water, and many other things have transpired. They hate their tenants, and you know what makes that obvious? They didn't care that tenants were burning their arms to turn on the grills on the rooftop for the last six years. That is hating and not caring for tenants. The amenities are not well-taken care of at all. I live at **** ** ** in *********** ** ****. In addition, they got a shady disgusting attorney on me, b/c I call them out when they don't complete their work properly or play games.

      Too bad BBB posted your review six weeks after you submitted it. But, nonetheless, it's great we can add comments. I am far from frustrated and never was. I am just sick of your harassment and look forward to the Jury trial. I would like to see if Morgan Kelleher and a couple of others would join the witness stand and allow for questioning. Thank you and please stop all harassment in the interim. I have asked for this for almost a year now. See you in court.

      The folks running the Ovation in Tysons Corner VA must be among the most discourteous and unprofessional I have ever met. We toured the building for a 2B/2B apartment. Selected one that was undergoing some reparation and was told that we will be promptly notified when it is ready to go on the market. We withdrew our applications at other apartments and waited and called every day for an update. The leasing office never answers their phones and when we finally managed to get someone on the phone through the front desk, they re-iterated their promise of an update within the next day. 4 days later we call and the incompetent, rude and obnoxious agent says the apartment went on the market this morning and someone already applied for it. She said she was too busy to call us regarding the update! Seriously. Take that BS and shove it. These people should not be able to get away with this stuff and even though I wouldn't live there anymore, I will make sure they are held accountable for their lies and discrimination.

      I have been a resident at ********* *****, in ****** *****, Maryland since May of this year. The building has been noticeably poorly maintained over the years. Since move-in, I have had nothing but problems, one after another. The latest issue is a leaking roof in both the master bath and dining area which Paradise has yet to fix. The work order has been opened since the beginning of August and still no resolution. Soon, they will be looking at a lawsuit regarding mold and mildew as well as furniture damage. It is very sad that you pay this type of money $2000 + to deal with these issues.
