This temp agency for environmental science keeps calling while no message or voice on the other end. Im a mental health clinician who has never had experiences with these jobs, I am also quite satisfied with my employment. Despite multiple requests to stop calling me, they just call while spoofing other numbers. I simply want them to stop as they call during business hours and sometimes when I am with clients.Business Response

They lie. They dont pay your money that youre owed and then claim they dont have access to it when they have those records. I waited months for a job and my first ********* she never returned my calls or text and then claimed she couldnt do anything without a word of another person. When I contacted the main branch they pretended to take my report and changed my *********. He appeared at first like he was genuinely concerned and helped but that didnt last long. He would claim he was filling this applications out for me but he wasnt. In two months I only got two jobs. One he sent me to a job he claimed was the actual job but I was just an interview that I wasnt according to the company wasnt experienced. The second job I worked one day and then was told again not enough experience. My ********* pretended and put on a show of caring and said he would help and thats been over almost two months. No call. No texts. Nothing. They only pretend to help to make themselves look better because they could care less about you.Business Response

They have not contacted me or resolved this issue. Therefore proves exactly everything I stated in my previous complaint. They lie. They havent at all tried to reach out to me or even spoke to me. Not even a email, text, nor phone call. If they took it as seriously as they claim they wouldnt have lied about reaching out to me and claiming they resolved it. No, they have not. They proved my entire point.

I am in-between jobs and reached out to Aston Carter. I am interested in HealthCare Administrative positions and have a background in Mental Health, Customer Service and Human Services. I have held my position as an Community Support Specialist and separated with Adams County (eligible for rehire) looking for a new career path.
My first recruiter, Cody, set me up with a Front Desk receptionist position interview. I viewed Aston had more opportunities ranging from data entry to medical billing. I even applied for another position offered with ****** that was more of a match. However, the recruiter was persistent on full filling his own quota by having me interview for this position. Cody was making false promises to get me to the interview such as, "the do not run a background check" and "will give you a job offer same day." During my interview with this organization, that was not the case and I mentioned Cody's false promises. After, Cody did not even follow-up with me to declare if I was offered the position or not.
Instead, another recruiter Jack, followed up with me to offer me an opportunity with a Medical Records positions. As compared to Cody, Jack claimed that I would have to interview with him first before I interviewed with the organization. During the interview, Jack was concerned with "what happened with Cody?" I declared Cody never followed up with me after I interviewed. I then enthusiastically and professionally interviewed with Jack. I am actually overqualified for this role, as I have a BA in psychology and have worked for the county in their Human Services. Jack contacted me the next day claiming the position was "filled internally" and would follow-up with me if any other opportunities.
I later viewed the company's website to discover the positions was still open. I applied on my own over the weekend and was contacted be their recruiter before 9am wanting to schedule an interview. I informed the recruiter how Jack lied about the job.Initial Complaint

Atkore/Aerotek the supervisor Lupe took me into his office privately calling employees niggers and employees specks. I told the managers of Atkore/Aerotek no employees wanted to work with me after I talked to managers they moved Lupe to a different dept, he still has his job. The managers documented it privately and fired me. Since this incident occurred no one wanted to train me or work with me the supervisor left and told 3 trainees to train each other and allow employees to smoke marijuana on the job site.Business Response

I worked with this staffing in 2022. I received an email to download my W2 form on 01/13/23. Since I no longer work for this company, I am unable to sign in and retrieve my W2 form. I have called the local number 704-329-8136 and left several messages and the corporate number 1800-9278090 as well as sent an email on 01/16/23 to ********************** and no response. As before i left to be out of work for sick time, i was told after 90 days i would be able to get sick time from Aston Carter and optum care. When it came time to use it i was told that i wasn't able to use it because I didn't have sick time. So I've reached to them to ask for legal team and was told again That i did have sick time and then told a second time i didn't have it. Now there is no one answering my calls or getting back to me to help resolve the problem. They are also hanging up on me when I'm asking for legal team info.Business Response

Just like all the other complaints on here, same thing happened to me, i just wish I looked up bbb first before talking to them. Recruiter Omer Lawson (supposedly real name) reached out to me for an "amazing opportunity " ...... all fake. It's a scam for them to fill their slots. I gave my 2 weeks notice month of December and now right before Christmas I have to tell my daughter why we have no place to live because I don't have a job now because of aerotek. They gave me a start date, had me give a 2 weeks notice to the job I had and then they never started me they kept telling me to wait after they gave me a start. Told me I would still be paid and they were sorry, still nothing. I'm really in a bad place because of Aerotek and this cannot possibly be legal. Very heartless to do this to someone right before the holidays. Don't let this happen to you and please do not take any job they offer you.Business Response
