      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM OPERATION!!!!!! 0 effing stars! We had to cancel our credit card because they keep charging it AFTER paying over $900 for a snare/bells kit. This was our first foray into musical instrument ownership for our daughter, so we knew we'd probably overpay for the kit since we weren't entirely sure if she would be into it and we would be keeping the kit. We went into the store in Concord NC in person to settle the remainder of the bill. We asked what was still owed and it was around $50 or so. We asked them multiple times if that was it. We were told "I think so" by an unhelpful meat sack. Now, here we are a couple months or so later and they have sent us to collections for $153. WTAF!?!?!?!? Getting involved with this sham company is akin to paying protection money to the mob. Now we get to try and fight the collection agency. Avoid this company like the plague. You're better off buying musical instruments behind the ****** * from the folks that steal catalytic converters.

      Overcharged by the company that is not abiding by the contract. Terrible customer service experience. After renting a drum set for a year, I got a letter with promotion for the next year. I called a few weeks after the promotion expired, and was assured that the promotion will still be granted with no issues. Lady by the name Erica took my updated CC information back in July over the phone, confirmed new yearly rent with a Transaction Authorization number, and provided instructions on how to return the instrument and when the year expires. Recently (November) I found out that Music and Arts has been charging me monthly instead, which I explicitly discussed not doing with Erica. Customer Service rep Raphael was surprised, as the Transaction Authorization number corresponds to monthly billing, and he also said that Erica had no authority to override the promotion deadline and promise me a yearly contract. I was put on a manager call-back list after requesting to speak with a manager multiple times throughout the conversation. I also told Raphael that I am revoking my authorization to charge my CC, to which he said "ok, but we will still charge it". When I asked to remove it from the account, he said "we cannot do that". No call back from the manager. Next day I called Music and Arts back, and another lady affirmed that a manager will be calling "today". That was 2 days ago. Every call to Music and Arts results in 20+ minutes hold, followed by occasional disconnect. I am still being overcharged.

      Do not use this company. They have the worst customer service. They didn't pay our rental off when instructed, wouldn't return phone calls and continued to charge monthly fees. This company cost me hundreds in extra fees. Do not use them. They also charged me for a product that wasn't received for over 10 months and only refunded money after I told them I felt like they were fraudulent.

      They have major issues with repair services and admiting/taking responsibility when their repair services have done the wrong thing. I realize they outsource repairs but they need to take responsibility when it goes wrong. The first incident was an instrument I asked for only a quote because no one was even playing the instrument. The person who took the instrument wrote on the repair request "Provide quote before repairing". Nevertheless, they repaired it without my consent and tried to charge me $250. I refused to pay that and they allowed me to pay the shop minimum which was I think $150 at the time, maybe $180. Amazingly, I continuted to give them my business... But then this year we've been in to repair an instrument 3 times (not the same one as the previous incident). The first time we did a complete overhaul, replacing pads and parts, etc. But then a few months later, we took it in for a leak and it somehow needed new pads again??? Then a few months later, it had a wiggly key... They sent a quote to replace MORE PADS. So I asked to verify that they indeed fixed the wiggly key and was assured that yes, the key was being fixed also. Go to pick up the instrument and it's not fixed, but the manager says "it's in working condition and that's what you asked for". Indeed, not what I asked for, I was quite specific at the drop off as well as the follow up email that the wiggly key needed to be fixed. I understand if you're unable to fix it but don't charge me for things I didn't ask for.
      Since this has happened so many times now, I feel their repair service is up-charging, replacing things that are not asked for, etc, to get more money from people.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a saxophone rental and a box of reeds. Well, that was 2 months ago. Still waiting on reeds. Called about 2 weeks after the order, and they claimed back ordered and should receive it within 2 weeks. Never happened of course. Called to get my money back, but no one knows how to process a refund. Now I am asking to just cancel the rental as well, again no one knows how to cancel a rental. Apparently, they don't have supervisors in the whole building. Beyond RIDOULOUS. Do not purchase from this company. I should have read the past reviews. I am also dumbfounded that my son's school would use this company.

      This is the worst company I ordered or buy anything from. They messed up my bill and I tried to call their CUSTOMER SERVICE for hours and nobody answers the calls. I choose the call back option on the other phone, there is no call back ever. There was an email option on their website, but there is no room for you to put in any information and of course, there is no answer again! After wasted hours of my time, I still couldn't get hold of them. STAY AWAY from this store, otherwise, you will regret your decision!

      Like everyone else 0 stars but makes me leave 1, terrible customer service, no one answers the phone or calls back, no response to email. Order never shipped, cancelled order and still no response.

      Associate had no clue about sizing for a rental, tried to get me to pay for an instrument not properly fit THEN refused to give me the correct one after paying due to a technical error! Thankful for another associate's customer service recovery. Will NOT go back nor do I recommend anyone patronize this establishment

      I would give 0 stars if I could.
      Poor communication
      Borderline fraudulent use of credit card on file
      Poor customer service.
      Couldn’t produce receipt when requested.
      Due to their deceit, unbeknownst to me I paid double for my son’s bass for school rental.
      Do yourself a favor and find another company to work with.

      Ordered a rental , got wrong rental and was damaged , had to drive two hours to return it , then after a 6 hours worth of calls was told once return it to call back and I could get my money I had already Paid, I have called emailed and did the chat and can’t get a answer
