      If I could give this zero stars I would. Their customer service is a complete mess. They do not have enough staff to answer phones and no way to change billing information online. After months of attempting to contact them and be on hold for over an hour, I finally went into my local store to get them to assist. They informed me they could make no changes but I could fill out a form and they would send it along to be changed. The next month my billing came out of the wrong bank account and charged me overdraft fees. They refused to pay those fees even after sending multiple levels of proof including bank information showing the NSF fee and phone logs showing the number of times I attempted to call for assistance. I will be returning my son's instrument and never rent from them again! STAY FAR AWAY from this company even if your child's school recommends them.

      The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My son's saxophone was stolen last October. It is now August and I am still trying to resolve the issue with them. Despite having a police report, and continuing to pay monthly fees, they are charging me $850. I have spent at least 20 hours trying to resolve. The only people that are responsive and call me incessantly are the collections agents. Do not rent from this company.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE- I have already purchsed two instruments for my children from here in good standing. Our credit card was stolen and our automatic payment didn't process so we received an automatic late and the calls began. And when I asked specific questions about billing- how much we still owe, when our last payment was, the customer service rep couldn't answer any of the information and kept offering different amounts of money owed. But continued to ask for our credit card information over the phone.
      Called to gather payment/billing info by phone BECAUSE THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ONLINE ACCESS TO PAYING CUSTOMERS FOR INSTRUMENTS THAT COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS- and was treated like a criminal. Was promised refund of late fee and then was informed after payment process that it wasn't actually possible but that I could just return my instrument if I didn't like their customer service. ABSOLUTELY UNHEARD OF lack of professionalism and respect. I will be returning the instrument we were renting to own so this company doesn't get another penny. disgusting.
      school's who refer parents/families here should take great caution- the business practices and customer service are outdated and unreliable.

      Worst customer service ever. Should be able to give negative stars. I ordered an ********* Bass Bar 3.5" pickup in BLACK. I was sent an ********* Guitar Pickup instead. They did NOT rush a replacement. The replacement I finally received was an ********* Bass Bar 3.5" in CHROME.
      On the front of the box, there are two check boxes. One says Chrome Plated. The other says Anodized Black. If you have your eyes open and you can read English, it's pretty easy to figure out which one is CHROME and which one is BLACK.
      The original order AND the replacement order BOTH say the pickup was ordered in BLACK.
      It takes FOREVER to reach customer service and when you do, you are not treated as if your order or you matter. This is my first and last experience with this horrible company.

      DO NO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
      I returned my daughter's trombone on June 17th 2023. I got charged on June 23rd 2023. I called, they said they would handle it and that I would not be charged anymore. I open my mail today after getting home, and there's a bill for July.
      How do I owe money on an instrument I returned in June? It's August!
      This is absolutely insane.
      I'm trying to call again, and no one is answering the phone.
      Very dissatisfied with this company. They don't keep records properly so you get charged after you return an instrument, then they continue to charge you after you clear it up that you have indeed returned the instrument.

      They are really bad for business. - and it’s sad that they are allowed to just take your money and don’t give service - very poor customer service , can’t get anyone to return calls - will give you the answering machine to leave messages and never return your call- SCAMMER scammer. But will deduct money from your account . And have you call a 1800 number that will leave you on hold for 6 hours and just hang up .. I’m just in disbelief about the service and company

      Wish I could give ZERO stars. My daughter wanted to try the French horn. We rented one that was delivered to school. After a year she decided it wasn’t for her and returned it at school for pick up - or so I thought. One year later I received a notice from a collections company because they never picked up the instrument. No call, no notice, no letter, no communication. Apparently parent must get a return authorization approved before they will pick up the instrument.
      After being transferred 3 times and sitting on hold for over an hour customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful.
      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

      Absolutely disgraceful. We have rented an instrument for 2 years now, was told that "most instruments take approximately 18 months to pay off" the cost of the flute was on the lower end, so I thought we must be close to owning it by now. Asked customer service and was told we still owe over $500!?! Claim that because I was using the "discounted" pay per year option that less went to the actual instrument cost. How is that a DISCOUNT?! That is a deferral. EXTREMELY deceptive billing practices. Also, you can sign up and pay online, but can't pay a monthly bill that way? Must call or pay by mail even though they have my detail on file.
      Never doing business with them and warning everyone way from them from now on.

      Very Bad Customer service. I have called several times waited for more than 30 minutes, but no one responds. I called their store for renewal, they are unable to help me as they say i have to call customer service. They kept on billing me for second month also. I could have returned my instrument and could have rented with someone else. Another Joke is their online chat, which says You're number XX in line., but never connects.

      The renewal process is absolutely disgraceful. The store say "there's nothing they can do" and everything goes through corporate. Was calling corporate for 3 weeks and was placed on hold for over 45 min each time. Noone ever answered. Finally waited 1 hour and 22 minutes and spoke to a customer service agent that couldn't offer a refund or additional assistance either. I was told I could return the instrument to store and then call back for a refund. I asked if there was a different number to call and was told no. Do wait over another hour? Disgusting. Never rent from here.
