      I have recently noticed a transaction record of $2.5 on my **** **** credit card, which seems to be related to an attempted transaction with a vending machine. However, the machine declined the transaction for unknown reasons. I'm puzzled as to why this charge became effective afterward. While the amount is not significant, I'm concerned about the financial security of using machines from this company. Can you provide a reasonable explanation? Thank you.

      writing. As you can see when look on the BBB website under ***** - **************** , you can better understand any confusion as to who ***** is worldwide.

      As a review, *****
      engineers and manufactures the credit card readers that are on over 600,000
      unattended machines around the world (in over 60 countries). When one sees
      ***** on their credit card statement that means that card would have to have
      been physically inserted or tapped on one of our readers on some machine. These
      machines can be vending machines, air/vac machines at gas stations, car washes,
      luggage carts at airports; amusement machines, and 100’s of types more. Every
      transaction is stored in our system for us to pull up and see on what machine
      the transaction occurred. We are not the owners of these machines and have no
      control over signage etc… The machine owners when they buy our devices, have us
      act as their merchant on record and we take all the funds from the customers
      and reimburse the machine owners minus their fees. We are in essence also a
      huge international processing company. We get many callers like you calling
      asking question every day. It is a natural part of our business.

      I am sorry for any
      confusion on your purchase. What you may be describing is called a
      preauthorization charge and not a real charge. ***** does not control a
      preauthorization charge. In other words next to the charge you are seeing, it
      will say the words “Pending Change” or “Temp Charge” if it is a
      preauthorization which can happen when a machine fails a transaction depending
      on the preauthorization the owner of the machine has set. A pending charge is
      not a real charge. It disappears usually depending on the bank, within 24-72
      hours and is replaced with the actual charge made and in this case it should
      not be any charge.

      If you were in fact
      overcharged in the settled transaction (Remember anything that says pending is
      not a real charge and disappears), please do contact us at ###-###-#### and
      press the appropriate prompt. We will ask for details, find the charge and if
      an overcharge, process a refund.

      Initiated request to establish service with Nayax for machine on 27 February. Ticket number ******** was created. Provided all necessary paperwork via email. Application states 10 days required based on influx of new customers. After 10 business days,15 March I called their customer support number and requested a follow up phone call. Never received follow up phone call. I called again on 17 March and was on hold for 30 minutes to no avail. I sent an email on 17 March as well providing feedback and also never received a response.

      I will ensure that once my business grows, I will select a different company to support further cashless solutions for my vending business.

      I used my debit card at a Nayax machine at a car wash in Dallas Texas and they were supposed to charge me 1.75 but instead charged me 10.00 . Then it was changed to a pending transaction for the amount of 8.25 witch is the amount that should have been put back in my account already but hasn't it's still showing as a pending transaction and it's been over 2 weeks already and I can't get ahold of anyone from Nayax to resolve this issue. And I even asked the person that works at the car wash we're the transaction occured and they said it should be put back on my account but hasn't and they couldn't give me any information or answers to get a hold of Nayax either so I don't know what to do or how to get a hold of Nayax or anyone to resolve this issue to get my money back that they shouldn't have taken off in the first place.

      I was told our Comptroller called you today as what you
      wrote does not seem possible. He looked up your settled credit card transaction
      based on your card, amount and date of transaction and it settled for $1.75.
      When he asked you to send him details to prove your statement showed something
      different which would have been a bank error of some type, you hung up on him
      rather than giving the requested information to help you.

      Nayax is a scam. *** purchased multiple vending machines which come equipped with nayax credit card processors Sadly My complaint: you can NEVER, i mean NEVER get a hold of customer service for technical support or for anything as a matter a fact (go ahead try calling or emailing them). also I have sent multiple emails & made request tickets through their website and still i havent received a call back or an email back in 3+ months, before that when onboarding they wouldnt answer me for over six months (i was promised a 2 week process, they took 6 + months no contact). I continually try to make contact, I have emailed the different contacts I have, and Ive tried calling them where Ive almost given up. nayax is a scam company, if you cant get a hold of them for any reason no matter what, thats a scam, they will NEVER get back to you. But on their ******** & on this BBB website they have marketing people to answer complaints in as little as 24hours to save face publicly, to pray on unsuspecting people who havent used nayax before, giving the illusion their customer support is existent (its not). ********************** will charge you for the processing fee, when literally the machines wont work, when literally you cant get a hold of anyone, SCAM. Dont use Nayax, save yourself.

      Onboarding-I am a first time user. December 23, 2022 my application was approved. Ever since then I have not got the portal to set up the rest of my device to put to use. I have lost a tremendous amount of money waiting for this company to do their part. Customer service and tech are non existent, never answering the phone and when the person does either picks ups and immediately hangs up. I leave messages that are unreturned and call backs that also never get returned. I wondering does this company even exist I wouldn’t recommend this company to nobody they have wasted my time and money on there products

      activated. AT that time the device was able to be installed and would take
      funds from customers. Your compliance was not fully completed which means had
      you started on 12/16/22, Nayax would have held the funds as the funds cannot be
      reimbursed into an account until fully mandated financial compliance is
      completed by the operators. I see you officially finalized your compliance on
      3/14/23.

      In summary, I show
      the device was activated on 12/16/22 and could have been used since that date
      as stated in the email sent and the compliance was officially completed by you
      on 3/16/23.

      Nayax is a poorly run and they should not be able to take on new customers without propoer staffing. They charge vendors a monthly fee and take commission (5.95%) of all products sold with credit card processing. However, not do not have customer service. It is impossible to get any Customer Service response while they continue to still racking up collecting fees and taking all commission. There is no recourse for there actions.

      I have tried SEVERAL times to call on the customer service and the call back option is fake. The customer service representative never calls. There is also have a way to open a case on the Nayax Customer Portal but that also does not get a response. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks without even an update on the case created *see attached*.

      been having troubles getting through. Nayax support has been challenged as a
      result of an already very large company, exponentially growing in 2022 through
      today, as people from all our verticals learned and flocked to Nayax from other
      companies, for Nayax exclusive technology. When that good fortune happens as
      quickly as it did, it very much taxed support levels. We do what large Global
      $3Bil valued technology companies do and adjust. The onboarding process which
      had much manual, is now all automated. The phone system which was fine for size
      xxx but not for size xxxxxx was dropping calls at times and leaving some people
      on hold for far too long that we did not know are even sitting there. A new
      state of the art phone system is being installed and transitioning as I write
      this today and over the next few months. Adding all sorts of automation being
      added and of course much new support staff being brought on board.

      I checked and I see
      this was resolved on 3/31/23 and an email was sent out.

      As a review, Nayax
      engineers and manufactures the credit card readers that are on 100’s of 1000’s
      of unattended machines around the world (in over 70 countries). When one sees
      Nayax on their credit card statement that means that that card would have to
      have been physically swiped or inserted on one of our readers on some machine.
      These machines can be vending machines, air/vac machines at gas stations, car
      washes, luggage carts at airports; amusement machines, and 100’s of types more.
      Every transaction is stored in our system for us to pull up and see on what
      machine the transaction occurred. The machine owners when they buy our devices,
      have us act as their merchant on record and we take all the funds from the
      customers and reimburse the machine owners minus their fees. We are in essence

      I purchased 2 new card readers, submitted all the required information for account setup and device activation and was told it could take up to 10 DAYS to turn on my card readers after being approved. I've never heard of a company taking 10+ days to turn on a device. Regardless, I'm am now past the 10 day mark and my card readers still haven't been activated. I'm losing money and my customers are dissatisfied. I considering switching to their competitor which only takes a max of 3 days to get the account setup and devices activated. This is crazy.

      Purchased a Nayax machine, they refuse to actually on board the machine even though we have turned in all paperwork and waited over two weeks.

      Company is failing to deliver, all buyers be warned. we will likely have to file a small claims court suit to recoup the cost of device and bogus charge; costing us more time and money.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Instead of communicating effectively and turning on the system as was stated by Nayax, i had to start an online flame war to get enough attention to turn on the machine.  I was forced to do an extra 10 hours of work because they Nayax customer system is not designed well enough. The different facets of Nayax do not communicate to each other and they generally refuse to answer customers.

      Once I did the extra work, the machine was finally turned on, but I should not have had to do the extra work as we paid for the system. We also were illegally charged as Nayax was not allowing us to turn the system on but charged for a month of service.

      We lost out on sales and on work time due to nayax customer service being inadequate.

      However, now that I got Nayax to actually hold up their side of the contract, the system seems to be working well.

      We still seem to be getting charged for a month of service that was during the time of Nayax not answering us or allowing us to turn on the machine. Hopefully Nayax Finance can fix that issue and we can all move on.
