There aren't enough words to describe how pleased we are with Thompson Creek. Our Entry Doors & Storm Doors were the 3rd job that they did for us; we've also had Windows, & Gutters done as well in the Past, & received the same great Service then too! From the Sales person, Customer Rep, & the actual men who did the Installation, we were treated so well! They were Professionals who Treated our Home like it was their own, putting down Runners on the Carpet, as well as Cleaning up before they left after finishing the job. The few Snags that popped up were handled immediately, with no Issues what so ever! We received Professional, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Service from Start to Finish. I Highly recommend Thompson Creek for ALL your Home Remodeling Projects!

Thompson Creek is a well organized company that made my window installation a success. Peter K*** their factory rep. came and explained their
Product. The next person was Mary W**** who is the designated project success coordinator. There was also an on-site manger who not only checked measurements, bur comes out on the day of the installation.Two licensed contractors Kevin and Mike did the actual installation.
I would highly recommend this very professional company.

This is a great company! Everyone is very professional. The quality of the doors we purchased were excellent! We purchased a storm door and a metal front door and they are both beautiful!

Thompson Creek did a great job, but were super expensive. I feel that over $9000 for replacing my back door and two storm doors perhaps was taking advantage of a senior citizen. If you want a quality job and are not concerned with the extremely high price, then Thompson Creek is for you. Otherwise you might look for a less expensive option.Thompson Creek Window Company

The whole experience, from sales rep, pre construction, installation and follow up was very professional yet personable. Communication was over the top. The warranty on material and labor is top notch. I will post pictures when I have good weather to take some. Here are the photos. The only reason for this storm door was to let light in. Our front door was hand built by a craftsman from Canada. It is 40”x 84” and 2.25” thick. Originally it was in a 2 x6 wall. In this installation the walls are 2x 4. The door hardware made it necessary for me to pad out all the exterior casing and sill nosing to accommodate the storm door. Thompson Creek provided me with a qualified installer to work with and he confirmed that adding an additional 3/4” thickness to my casing would allow their door to fit. 5 starsAfter my storm door and entry door were installed I noticed a few items that needed to be to be fixed. After setting up an appointment for a few weeks later a nice young man named “Brandon” came to fix these items. The appointment was between 12 and 4. Brandon arrived exactly at 12. He completed the change of door lock and touch up spots with the appropriate color paint. This man knew his job and was easy to talk to about what his was doing and why. He explained some things about the door lock and storm door hold and release I did not know. Brandon was kind enough to bring a heavy package from downstairs to my main living room floor. He did not have to do this but being the kind of person he is he did not hesitate.
This is the kind of worker you need to keep in your company. He reminded me that if I have any more problems with my storm and entry door don’t hesitate to call Thompson Creek again. I certainly will and will request “Brandon”.Review fromKris M
