5 starsI couldn't be happier with the windows and installation from Thompson Creek and they were so patient while I waited for my HOA to approve the request. The installers were professional, courteous of my space while working from home (letting me know when it might be loud), and they cleaned up beautifully. Eric, Matt and Malachi were amazing installers and I would highly recommend them and Thompson Creek to anyone.Review fromRichard D

I am extremely happy with my Thompson Creek casement windows in the bathroom. Previous windows were non-operable plate glass windows with no ventilation. these new Low-E tempered glass windows provide great ventilation, heat resistance and beauty

We are once again completely satisfied with the job Thompson Creek did for us. This is the third time we have used them. They did our windows and siding in Ashburn VA when we lived there. the installation crew was on par with other such crews. The work was completed in four days due to rain delays and a weekend. We used the crew to put siding up on our shed, and they did a good job there as well.Thompson Creek Window Company

1 starI hired Thompson Creek Window Company over 2 years ago . To put gutters in the back of my house . The job was done half ass . We had to call them several time to come back to fix things . Which my husband did the things that need to be done right . They never called us and let us know they would be showing up at the house . Thank goodness my dog was in the house when they came and left my house without a phone call. I would have been sewed if my dog would have bite them which he would have . I just received a letter from a collection company saying I owed them money . It has been 2 years since we hired them to do the job . We never signed any paperwork saying the job was completed. They never sent any bills to my address nor did they call or email me about us owning them money . If they couldn’t get a hold of us they should have sent a certified letter bill to my house. So 2 years later they sent us to a collection agency. Who does this?? They have the worst customer service ever . Will not stop here with complaints next move is with the Better Business Bureau. 1 starTwo employees of Thompson Creek (TC) incorrectly measured my entry door I was purchasing, so on the day of the first install, 6/28, the door didn't fit. They couldn't remove it because they took the original door out, so for 2 months I didn't have use of my front door. Now, I was told the new installation date, 7/28, would be escalated, (it never was). I was told I would be compensate for my family's inconvenience. What TC offered really wasn't what we considered to be fair. After further conversation we asked if we could negotiate the cost due to their mistake and the fact we could not use our front door for 2 months. We were told, we were given the final price. We did finally get the new door and it's beautiful. However, wouldn't refer anyone I know to TC because I wouldn't want them to go through the extreme inconvenience me and my family went through. TC, when you make the mistake, you need to compensate your customers fairly. We didn't asked for a free door (which I think you could have provided), however, at least half would have been fair.Review fromChris N

1 starThompson Creek Windows This company is nothing but some thieves, they only take the money, even if the job is canceled. DO NOT USE them. My biggest mistake is I trusted their advertisement. 5 starsWonderful staff from sales to installation. The communication was timely and informative. The product is exactly what I wanted. The install team was amazing from prepping the area to the final cleanup was perfect. As the team was finishing up, someone came and checked with us to show us the function of the windows.
Afterwards the company checked in again.
Great product, amazing staff and wonderful company!
