  We had a pretty bad experience with Thompson Creek overall. There were 2 main issues:
  
  1. Terrible consumer service. They charged us 10% more than the final work order they sent us, including for work items that were not needed and not performed (and that were not on the final work order because the measurement team determined they were not needed). I wasted lots of time trying to explain the situation to billing people, but was transferred to different people and was told to contact different people, all to no avail -- nobody seems to be able/competent enough to deal with this basic issue.
  
  2. They did not follow EPA lead safe practices, despite their promises (and legal obligation) that they'd follow them. They did not properly encapsulate, or did not encapsulate at all, the areas around some of the windows. We have an old house with lead paint and children, and they told us they'd be very careful and follow the proper procedures. Instead, what we got was a half-hearted effort to follow the procedures halfway and to manage our reaction by trying to assuage our concerns by being smooth and nice, but without addressing the underlying substance.

  We are once again completely satisfied with the job Thompson Creek did for us. This is the third time we have used them. They did our windows and siding in Leesburg, VA when we lived there. We were very happy when they moved into the area here in Fuquay V*****. Sydney and the installation crew were fantastic. The work was completed in one day in spite of a period of a down pour.

  Thompson Creek, a roofing company, installed a roof six years ago but has not honored their work. Despite charging $30,000 for the new roof, they have failed to provide the expected level of service and quality. Customers should exercise caution when considering Thompson Creek for their roofing needs, as they have demonstrated a lack of accountability and customer support. It is advisable to explore alternative options to avoid potential complications and dissatisfaction.

  I do not like the quality of my bath to shower conversion. The $14,350 did not get me what I wanted or asked for. After the company came to correct the damage to my window frame and windowsill, I still could not get the double shower rods that I asked for even though I showed the salesperson what I wanted. I wanted the double shower rods because that is what I already had installed, and the salesperson said we could not get glass shower doors because of the interference from the window frame. After the company repaired my window frame and windowsill which the original technicians damaged and tried to cover it up by not telling me, it now appears that a glass shower door can be installed. Supposedly, I had a Project Coordinator who never came to the house to coordinate anything. Here are the problems with my shower installation:
  - The upper showerhead is too high for my wife to reach it.
  - The single curved shower rod is too high. The shower curtain does not reach the shower floor and water is getting on my bathroom floor.
  - It's supposed to be a "Jacuzzi" shower. There is nothing Jacuzzi about the shower but the name on the knob that operates the water flower which is very complicated at best.
  - I don't know the reason for the upper shower head, as it serves no purpose. It would have been better to leave my old shower head and shower rods in place.
  - I gave two stars because they did fix the damage to my window frame a windowsill and reinstalled the back shower wall.
  - However, I was not able to get the double shower rods that I asked for.
  - The original installation team did a piss poor job and I had to pay out of pocket to purchase new insulation which they damaged during the demo, plus we are still cleaning up construction debris that they should have cleaned up.

  From the beginning we were in good hands. The rest of our dealings with our
  Company kept us informed about all the details of the windows,and the construction of our windows. All our phone calls were answered and messages delivered. The final work was completed and we are very pleased.
  Problem is, I need more windows. Thanks T.C.window company. Paul

  These people are absolute crooks. They charged us double what other places doing promising white glove service and the highest quality windows out there with huge warranties. They did a terrible job installing. Ruined 2 pieces of furniture. Left the stickers in all the windows. We’re rude to my wife and never fixed what they said they would! I’m warning you do not use them at all cost! They are a horrendous company from top to bottom with terrible management and core values. DO NOT USE!!!
